UNA Pizzeria — Restaurant in Sorsogon

We had a not-so-good dine-in experience at UNA. All the crew are very unfriendly except for one lady. There was that gay crew who showed an attitude towards us the entire time. I've been to many restos and fastfoods but this resto is one of the worst in my list, same rank with KFC Sorsogon. We went there 11 am but the crew's attitude was really off - to that crew I hope you don't apply into the service industry if you only ruin the diners' mood. 👍 Food is great! Everything we tried was flavorful and well-prepared.

👌Their pizza, while delicious, took an unexpectedly long time to arrive, which was a bit frustrating.

👎 The ambience, however, felt dark and gloomy, which didn’t quite match the vibe I was hoping for.

👎 Man, it's 2024 but they’re still cash-only. It’s inconvenient, especially when so many places now offer multiple payment options (credit card, GCash/Maya). If you plan to visit, make sure to hit the ATM beforehand!

I'm updating my review from a year ago although I've been to this place several times. Every time we visit Sorsogon (this year, 2023, 2018, 2016, and 2013) my vegetarian husband and I come here. And we noticed that the quality of the food has worsened. They don't have any fruits to make any juice, smoothie, or shake with the last time we went.
