Jollibee — Restaurant in Nueva Ecija

We went there for a stop-over dine-in meal. It was past 4AM when we ordered hot choco, hot coffee and pancake, and other meals for my nephews and niece. But hot choco and pancakes are not available, hot coffee they say will take 10mins. We ended up waiting for almost 1hr for our meal. The fries are already cold and soggy, as well as the burgers. You have to follow-up, else, you will end up waiting...

They have Clean and spacious place. Staff are following the COVID protocol of taking temperatures and hand sanitizing, tracking Clients. But they are lax in there Customer Service approach and they don't check your order's properly, especially the utensils, many times they just put in a fork and a tissue on a Chicken value meal I ordered.. you better...

We ordered via food panda.when we ate the palabok, it was very bland.No taste at all.As if they forgot to put seasoning to it. The jolly hotdog bread was very very hard. No softness whatsoever. The chicken joy we ordered was all breast part though its newly cooked. But they should give a variety of chicken part instead of all...
