Booking 5 of 5 Many ways to reach, interns and staff are well trained to respond to queries. Kudos to intern Ivy and Rona for the accomodation. I suggest direct booking, better rates and youll get a room with breakfast. Room price as i gather from 4K+ and up, may villas din for big groups. Day tour they have also, just call the place to confirm but i think 249 9am to 6pm
Room 5 of 5!! We rented premier twin, since i wanted to have one with bath tub. Did not dissapoint. Very spacious, all white and clean. i asked for the bed to be joined to make a king size during our stay. Coffee maxim shampoo and body wash provided via dispensers and they smell so good! Korean brand. Shaver and toothbrush, slippers too. Towels new and fresh smell. Tub super enjoyable, water is piping hot so be really careful. Better fill tub prior entering tub. We had a comfy sleep! The tv needs upgrade though. No netflix or casting. Room controls are modern touch panels. All rooms are nice and whats unique here, reasonable rate for extended stay (upon room availability) and capsule pods for 1000 only
Service 4 of 5 The service i requested for was to open the wet steam sauna. Unfortunately, it was not opened. I am not sure who was in charge for it but the lobby staff i talked to surely asked to open it but no one came to fix it. Though the Dry sauna was good too.
Location 4 of 5 Very easy to find and accurate on the map. However, this can easily reached by those who bring their own cars, travel by commute i believe quite a challenge.
Food 4 of 5 We went to Morning Calm by 9am breakfast service almost done. But remaining options still decent. Satisfactory still. Menu options for ala carte is good too and the buffet for breakfast and dinner are reasonable.
Amenities 5 of 5!! Never have i seen my husband smile the whole time while he was at the pool. The water spa was so super enjoyable! The best! Like an outdoor famous water spa in pasig! I didnt see the gym. But my we enjoyed the sauna and I the lap pool, with massage fxn on walls too. Playroom also they have reasonable rate naman for 2hrs, ok yung toys din tapos may class din ata sila for toddlers. Shower room, good condition water pressure is strong and well provided for.
Will go back?! DEFINITELY! We even enrolled for membership! đ Recommend? DEFINITELY! GOOD...
Read moreI have stayed in the hotel a couple of times already, and this hotel has never disappointed me, from the rooms and facilities down to the management. Really astonishing!
Rooms are clean, spacious, have a complete set-up, and smell good.
Restaurant: There are a few choices, but all of them are really good, whether it be Korean food or Filipino food, and they are served in a timely manner, not to mention the free breakfast if you have a room in the hotel, and of course, all of them taste good.
Water Spa and Pool: The pool is not kid-friendly, so we always opt for the water spa. I can let my kids swim alone, as long as I keep an eye on them. It's kid-friendly, safe, clean, and spacious, and the water massages are very relaxing.
Cafe: If you are used to visiting cafes, itâs far from your usual cafe; there are few choices of drinks and pastries, but everything tastes good. It has very relaxing and cozy vibes, perfect for chilling, studying, working, or simply having me time.
Staffâs: From the security guard down to the housekeeping, they are all nice, warm, and welcoming. Even the maintenance people are so kind to lend us some of the available floaters they have in the hotel for my babies. Housekeeping people are so nice and attentive to all of our requests. The front desk's attendants are all welcoming and professional.
Playpen: My babies love them so much. The area is not that big, but the toys are quality. The floor has this matt that protects your babies from bumping on it. Itâs clean and very well maintained. Best of all, itâs affordable. đ
Capsule Rooms: Itâs more of a Barkada room and not for Family, space are limited and not suitable if you have babies. However, it is good if you have a tight budget and wanted to book in the Hotel with a full access to their amenities. Best part is, you can also have free breakfast! đ
They have outside trampoline, for kids and adults wew!
Overall, I can say this hotel can be considered your home away from home. The design is so relaxing that you always wanted to stay longer; even if itâs crowded or fully booked, it won't bother you, as the place is designed like a resort and the lobby is detached from the buildings. Really a place where you can have a heavenly stay.
We will keep coming back.
Thank you,...
Read moreWe stayed at Hotel Seoul for one night and availed the capsule accommodation for â±1,100 per person â expecting a budget-friendly stay. The amenities were actually good, and we had even planned to return in the future.
Unfortunately, we were charged an additional â±800 per person (â±1,600 total) for towels they claimed were stained with hair dye. We'd like to clarify that it wasnât hair dye â it was washable color powder from a color fun run we joined earlier that day. The towels werenât even heavily used, as we brought and mostly used our own during our stay.
What disappointed us more was the lack of proper communication. Upon check-in, only the policy on lost key cards was mentioned. There was no clear explanation that charges could apply for supposed âdamageâ to linens or towels. Had we been properly informed, we wouldn't have used the hotel towels at all.
We didnât argue at the front desk anymore because we were already tired â and honestly, it felt like this might be something they do regularly. We also couldnât help but wonder if the staff themselves end up shouldering or splitting these charges among them.
Sharing this so future guests can be more cautious â and unfortunately, because of this towel incident and the poor response after, we no longer recommend Hotel Seoul.
Edited: We were not shown any sample images of damaged or stained linens during check-in, nor was Policy #1 on towel or linen damage verbally explained to us. Please stop claiming this was presented â your staff did not discuss this, and itâs misleading to say otherwise. The only policy mentioned at check-in was related to lost key cards. We did not dispute this charge lightly. Weâre simply asking for transparency and fairness. If we had been properly informed of this policy, we would have avoided using your towels altogether.
Itâs disappointing that we had to escalate this issue just...
