Koregon Hotel & Pool Villas — Hotel in Mabalacat

We rented the 6 room villas and got it on their sale amount. Upon arrival, they informed us that 1 of their rooms are having issues with the air-conditioning, LEFT with no choice but to get the 5 bedroom villas and gave us free 2 mattresses. They should have informed us before the date of reservation! We are asking for the maintenance team to check the issues and they told us that it is not on duty. We Paid P13,000 for the 6 bedroom because we have a big family and it is not a small amount!, not the 5 bedroom and 2 mattresses! You people should know how to inform your client beforehand so we can decide if we will cancel or not. Instead of leaving us with no choice! Our 1st stay here is worth it, but the 2nd? I stayed here overnight and very close to Comercio Central, the night market and lifestyle hub. I was amazed of its proximity and the theme that it's simple, clean and offers Korean menu. The Breakfast is generous for Korean guests and hoping that it could offer more choices especially for Filipinos and Western culture. The room was very spacious but I hope the toiletries could still be improved. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, there are just some disappointing aspects about this hotel. Don't expect a grand buffet. They will serve you an " "American"breakfast which consists of sliced bread, sliced ham, bacon, eggs, and agarden salad which consists of cabbage. Yes, cabbage.
