Bicentennial Park at Clark is a pretty nice spot. There's a playground for the kids, tables for families and friends to hang out and eat, and a walkway for a casual stroll. Big trees give plenty of shade from the sun, and the grass is green, perfect for a picnic. The place is well maintained with trash areas to keep things clean, but it really depends on visitors doing their part and cleaning up after themselves. Read moreI came to this place twice in one week. Had never been before. First time was a school fun day. These is a large covered area we used for this purpose. And second time was for a family picnic/birthday celebration. The park itself is lovely. One suggestion if you are coming for a picnic, bring a tablecloth. This park goes all the way back to 1976 so tabletops are a bit old (but this does not detract from the park in any way. Facilities are very clean. And the kids loved being able to run around.
