Well this place was simply not good. I ordered the Hot Pot Grouper. The dish looked good, but that was about it. The fish had bone and spine all throughout. The sauce was sweet and thick and not flavorfull. Overall the food was not good. I tried to like it but 3 bites in a threw in the towel and told them that I don't like this dish at all and why I didn't. They still proceeded to try and charge me full price. This restaurant has awesome Chinese/Cantonese food! Try their king prawns with garlic and their abalone soup! This resto nailed it, both are delicious and very tasty. The claypot rice with assorted meat was good too, put a little chili sauce to enhance the flavor. Price is a bit at the high side, but if want authentic Chinese food, and you're just in the area (Clark), please visit Xi at the Hilton Hotel. Far from being cantonese. My friends & relatives (8 pax) went there for lunch & left disappointed. We gave it a try because they had a new chef. All of us have more than average exposure to cantonese cuisine…from Hongkong to the chinatowns of California & New York. No resemblance to Cantonese.
