My wife and I were looking to try a new restaurant near where we live, and we ended up choosing Olive. The buffet looked nice, but we hadn't planned to eat a buffet (and it was over 2000 per person) so we opted to order a la carte. Big mistake. 660 pesos for 2 normal sized spring rolls (number of rolls not listed on the menu.) Listed as shrimp, crab, and scallops, but looked and tasted like pork. 675 pesos for an 8 inch pizza(size not listed on the menu.) Drinks were not listed on the menu, but we ordered 2 cans of soda. 230 pesos each. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. This restaurant is a complete rip off. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even if they happened to be a guest staying at the hotel. Before our food arrived my wife and I were already planning to come back to try the buffet (because it did look good,) but after this poor experience we will not be back.

The place leans on the pricier side considering the variety of options available, but overall, the food was good. I especially appreciated the seafood selection — fresh and nicely prepared. It was also a pleasant surprise to find some cheese options, which added a nice touch. The salad station stood out for me as well — fresh ingredients and a good variety. Service was exceptional — attentive, friendly, and professional, which really elevated the experience. As for dessert, it was a bit of a hit or miss. Some items were delicious, while others didn’t quite hit the mark. All in all, a good dining experience with standout service and a few memorable food highlights.

Olive – Breakfast Buffet Review Selection: A well-rounded mix of cuisines including Korean, Filipino, and American dishes. Also offers a good selection of pastries, fresh fruits, fresh juices, and brewed coffee. Food Quality: Overall food quality is commendable. Dishes are made with fresh ingredients and taste well-prepared. Service: Staff are courteous and attentive. However, service tends to slow down during peak hours, which is understandable when the dining area gets crowded. Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5) A satisfying breakfast experience with a diverse spread and generally good service. Ideal for those who enjoy variety in the morning.

Looking for a Dinner Buffet in Clark. Eat here!!!

We were originally going to go next door to Xi to have Peking duck but poor planning didn't realize Xi was not open on Mondays. So being on resort Olive was the only other option. I'm not local, but can acknowledge it does come with a higher sticker price compared to your regular dinner outing - PhP 2,200/ adult but being a Hilton Diamond takes off 25% the whole bill ( better than the Senior discount that the elders like to show off with 😝). So price hack, become a Hilton Diamond or find yourself one and tag along. FYI- Hilton Elites will enjoy this discount even if they're not staying at the hotel. (limit 10 ppl in the party). Children 6-12 are 50% off 5 and Under are Free.

It's not a Spiral Sofitel level of options but there is plenty of international variety.

Highlights were the cook to order seafoods/meats in the center (pick your protein, select your sauce/style, give the server your Name/Table number and they'll bring it to you when cooked). Grilled Marinaded meats are no brainer (unlimited inihaw). Good salad/veggie section. Sashimi was fresh. The pork belly was crispy. Awesome dessert section with chocolate fountain. There was a soft serve ice cream machine with Vanilla and Ube options. Best vanilla soft serve I've had in recent memory 🤩.

Another tip: Be creative, there's a pasta section where normally they just cook up a pasta in a sauce of your choosing, but go off to the raw seafood/meat section and bring your chosen ingredients back and ask them to include in the pasta. Managed to craft a legit frutti di mare pasta by including shrimp, mussels and squid 🤤

I've eaten at Markt @ Swissotel...not being a buffet its not an apples to apples comparison but given the choice or where to eat dinner...

Our party of 6 had dinner last July 9. Nice ambiance. Buffet spread was limited but looked appetizing. Just had a problem with their waitstaff service. Our pumpkin soup took more than 40 mins to be served. We did 2 follow-ups with whichever waiter was available. I think they are understaffed but it seems that they are quite new too. My garden salad was served without feta cheese boooh. The waiter didn’t notice. The waiter didn’t even apologized. I think the problem is, there is no dedicated waitstaff to manage a particular area of the resto. We often give generous tips. But this time nada.

Food was average. Service mediocre.

Their Cantonese resto has fewer waitstaff. But the service and food was impeccable 👍🏻

Hope Hilton Clark can look into...
