This place does not have a distinct intention of what it would cater. They are only sure about the activity area which they use for Banchetos and events but the surrounding area is a smorgasbord of stalls and outlets that cater mostly food of different class range... to some offices like Yamaha... Mercury drug stands strong creating a constant influx of people for meds and mini grocer needs. Starbucks also is a constant though they lack proper parking for their customers... parking is not well defined. There is one going close to unilab but you dont know who owns that parking lot. Is it for the greenfield area? Or a private one? Does it cater to some place else? And its a bit far to cater the main square that houses the events. Banchetos kill the small food businesses whenever theyre around. So what happens is those that need some park rest kinda feel, like walk-in lovers, small families that let their kids run around the park grass, and some people from the surrounding food joints that get attracted to the greens is the mix of who you'll see in that area. When it comes to its neighboring areas, it does not attract kapitolyo people that much, same as Ortigas ctr peeps. Sometimes people from edsa shaw are the ones who get to discover and use the parks. BPOs probably use nearby bar chows and drinks. Its probably the location that creates this lack of identity of who to cater. Its proximity to Edsa, that is. Its a spoiler location, something similar to Cubao. The further in you go, thats the only time some better quality...
Read moreI enjoyed this place both day and night. This is the safest place I can think of that you can walk around during wee hours, guards are everywhere roaming around. Thursday, Friday and weekends are the best days to come. They have this food park every Friday, while they have music themed park every Thursday. They have activities for weekends as well. Condos are just around and you will see people doing their exercises and morning routines. They have this wide area where you can see two tiny hills and a field with grasses and soil, there are trees with benches and from there you can choose which fast-food/restaurant you will go. Greenfield is not a very busy place even on weekdays, so I love it here whenever I go to work, I don't feel any pressure at all like.. I dont feel the monday rush or friday rush. It gives the "chill lang, yeaahh" feeling. I really like this place, it feels home for me and maybe this is also one of the reasons why I am not quitting my night job...
Read moreThere are several residential condominiums who were able to anchor themselves to the busiest train line and highway in the country. Real estate along this vein, especially the stations, are instant prime properties in the process due all those eyeballs and foot traffic, becoming centers of growth for lifestyle.
Among these condos though stands out Greenfield's--Zitan and Twin Oaks. They are mostly 1BR's and Studios, designed for the end user, or as halfway home for the professional working in the Ortigas, Shaw, and Greenfield District.
One gains proximity to arguably the largest mall by floor area in the Metro, add to that a 5star hotel and a high end mall. There are also three retail arcades interconnected with them--Pavilion, District Square, and Soho, each with distinct shops to offer.
If the commercial lots in Greenfield district do explode into the next 20 years of their master plan, then these two developments will be vital in catering to the needs...
