The cctv, pmo, and security doesnt gave fair investigation and sanction to guests on selective evidence for their rules that they want to implement. We are all for guests following systems and rules they have in place but what we request is fair trial and investigation about the situation. I would give 0 stars if i could. I purchased a unit in tower 4 which was supposed to be turned over in April 2024 but still nothing until now. They persuaded me together with BDO to release the loan proceeds saying that turnover process will not commence unless loan proceeds are released so i did, thinking that turnover will happen in April because that's what SMDC told me. But come (supposed) turnover time, they become unresponsive and have kept delaying the turnover. Unit is already fully paid and i have been paying amortization to the bank since March but they keep delaying turnover and giving out random turnover dates only to move them again evey time. They will make you wait again and again only to get another delay. And if you demand for compensation, they will offer a very small amount. They delayed my turnover from April to December (still not confirmed that it will happen in December) and offered me like 4k pesos. Not even enough for my 1 month rent. Grand entrance from a long trip from Pangasinan province. The mall interior is at par with Qatar Malls. Even the way to the Comfort room is like a star walking to famehood (my invented word).
