Borj Place — Hotel in Naga

I stayed at this hotel for a night and the experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, I noticed the lack of proper customer service. The staff seemed unprepared and unbothered. The room itself was very bare—there was no TV, no basic toiletries like soap, and worst of all, the air conditioner barely worked. Instead of cooling the room, it just blew out warm air, making it uncomfortable to stay in, especially at night. Nakaka dissapoint sobrang init ng aircon expectations vs reality sobrang init. Mas mahal pa sa other staycation na malamig aircon for me not...

I stayed for a night at this hotel it was very discouraging. Customer service is poor, no upfront customer service most of the time. There's no soap in the bathroom. There's no tv in the room. It was very disappointing and I cannot recommend to domestic or international tourist. It takes me so much time to ask for soap and customer service says they run out of soap. It's on the second floor with around 30 steps to go up. Bathroom smells when you flush the toilet. Poor internet...

I booked via Agoda thinking I could get a discount. However, it turned out we paid more than the original price if we just walked-in. Okay na din kasi mabilis maubos ang rooms because the place is located in Naga center where everything is near (SM, Robinsons, market, terminal, etc) Downside, ang taas ng hagdan which is not advisable for seniors and if you're carrying heavy loads. There's no heater and free toiletries. Medyo mahabo din ang rooms. Bed is nice...
