Stayed here three times before. Previously the policy was that you are allowed to stay for 24 hrs regardless of the time you've arrived. 1st time I arrived around 2AM. I was told check out time was also 2AM the next day. 2nd time was with a colleague were we arrived around 4AM, since my colleague was to depart by 7AM the next day, she paid the 2hr extension which is acceptable. Even up to my last visit they are still implementing the 24 hr policy. I arrived around 6PM and was allowed up to 6PM the next day. This visit however without any warning, they suddenly changed the policy stating that checkout is now set at 12NN. Good thing was that I returned to the hotel by 12 otherwise I would have been charged without me even knowing of the change in policy. It shouldn't be an issue if they stated it from the beginning. But for some reason the receptionist keeps pointing at the posted check-in and check-out time. I saw that sign since my first visit but since they told me it's 24hrs then I guess it's the true policy since it happened for 3 straight times. Now she suddenly made a statement that there was a policy allowing for early check-in without additional payment. Now following that statement then why did we pay the 4AM-6AM extension for my colleague? Shouldn't the 4AM to 12NN of the date of arrival been waived so the correct checkout time should have been 12NN of the date of departure and not 4AM? Now the question is would I return here. Definitely a big NO. Don't get me wrong, it's not because of the change in policy when it comes to check-in and check-out but because of the cold treatment or the hotel staff. I can attest to the warm reception given by the hotel staff before, but now it's as if they treat their guest as a burden that they have to cope up with. Quality of the rooms also deteriorated since my last visit which is just a couple of months ago. Room smells musky when you enter. Good thing that their aircon can filter those smells after a while. but then again you must deal with it everytime you go out, door also scrapes the floor making it a little harder to open it. Internet quality also deteriorated. Most of the time there's no connection. My phone's data is much faster and a lot...

The organization has been wrong from the time i checked in. I have booked 2 days ahead but they told me the room is not available as the current guest extended 😂. I said i will go to the hotel across but she was nice enough to offer me the room without any window just a plain square cell, my bus arrived at 5AM surely i will take anything since I’m tired.
The next day my key card have not worked so i asked them and the lady extended my the validity coz i i booked it for 3days but the card was activated for a day only.
The night after there was a big group that happily shouting with each other “talking” until 1AM and restarted again at 6AM on this group’s breakfast - yes i hear all of them causing me a really not of a good sleep.
The next day the reception called my room at 4PM to tell me that it’s already my check out time - which was not 😅 so i asked her to check there system. And come back to me. I mean seriously??? Aren’t they looking at 1 system to check before they call their customer???
They follow your check in time for your check out time but you will see a “house rules” online or in their room that their standard check out is 12NN and check in 2PM. That’s why I concluded that this is not a “hotel” and the service is next to nothing.
There was no manager on site since she/he was in Palawan as the lady said.
My last day is to check out early and their free tapsilog breakfast starts at 6AM-10AM BUT!! This was not available as their cook was late unfortunately.
I fully understand that these staff and not well trained and for a first timer like me - “i shall not return”. It’s really not their loss, not like...
