Number of stay: 2 nights and 3 days Pax: couple Room: second floor with full glass window and beach view Cost: not worth it better to choose cheaper hotel room in this resort. Room size: perfect for family of 4 Room review: 3/5 Even the room is big enough there’s a lot of issues I noticed. Upon checking in to our room, I noticed the water leakage on the bathroom. Water everywhere, I used our bath towel to dry it but water keeps coming. The maintenance personnel check and fixed the problem in the next day however still leaking. Cleanliness: ( I saw lot of hair especially at the doormat) and stains ( couch and mattress protector). In our last night we saw cockroach. Extra charges: stain( you will need to pay if you stain hotel stuff) better to take a photo of the stain you notice when you check in just in case they charge you when you check out. Rooms features: hot water not working, broken or moving faucet at the bathroom. Tuklap tuklap na pintura ( damange wall paint). WiFi: horrible WiFi ( if you work online or need stable WiFi this place is not right for you). Food: complementary breakfast ( longanisa or dried fish are the choices during our stay). I am not a fan of their breakfast. ( we got hard rice (raw) and lost our appetite). Restaurant food: I recommend crispy pork kare kare and sinigang na salmon head ( takes time to serve but worth it). Not all food listed on the menu are available. Note: there is no restaurant outside the resort just sari sari store and carenderia. there is grilling station at the resort that you can use. Noise: if you gonna book the room we booked, it’s gonna be noisy at night due to the music coming from mini bar (anyone can connect their phone with hotel speaker to play their fave music). View: great view Activities: I’m not sure if they offer water activities but I saw guys from other resort offer banana boat, island hopping, jet ski, kayak etc. Pool: (1 adult 5 feet deep and 1 kids) small size Parking: limited parking Day pass: they offer day pass the check out at 6pm Staff: kudos to “RED” the bartender. I recommend mojito made by him. ( I hope the mint is available during your stay).

Our stay at Pamana Beach Resort, facing the picturesque Balayan Bay, was a peaceful and enjoyable experience with a few considerations to keep in mind. The staff were outstanding—kind, hospitable, and always willing to assist. One even offered to run to the grocery for me without hesitation, which was a truly thoughtful gesture. Their warm and approachable nature made the stay feel welcoming and comfortable. The resort’s location is fantastic, right on the beachfront, making it easy to enjoy the sea and the beautiful views. However, it’s worth noting that the beach is a shared space, so you might encounter locals and passersby. Some non-guests could also be customers of the rooftop café, which is a great spot to relax with a drink and enjoy live music in the evening. While the shared setting adds to the vibrant atmosphere, it’s a good idea to keep personal belongings secure. The amenities were well-maintained. The infinity pool, clean shower areas, and common bathrooms were all in good condition. The rooms were spotless and thoughtfully equipped with towels, toiletries, a fridge, a water heater, and a TV with internet access. The free breakfast is a nice touch, though it’s quite simple, so set expectations accordingly. There’s an AlfaMart just a short walk away for groceries, along with local stores and eateries to try. The surrounding neighborhood feels safe, with visible security adding peace of mind. On the downside, the water pressure in the bathroom could use some improvement. When we arrived in the afternoon, there was some trash on the beach, but it was cleaned up by the next morning, showing that the staff is proactive in maintaining the area. Overall, Pamana Beach Resort offers a wonderful balance of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway and don’t mind the shared beach setting, this resort is a great choice!

The resort was very good overall. We booked an overnight reservation for 2pax almost a month prior. The personnel were very accomodating and patient with the guests. We contacted the resort through their FB page, and made the reservation on their site. The room had all the necessary items for your stay (towels, toiletries, etc.). It was well lit, clean, had proper ventilation, and AC cooled. They have a pool for both kids and adults. The pool was not very spacious, but a number of people can go at the same time. It was also quite deep, around 4-5ft, not as enjoyable if you are not a swimmer. They have a restaurant, and a rooftop cafe. Food prices are not that expensive, but very tasty. They also give you an option for your included breakfast. We did not get to swim in the sea at all. There was a warning raised by the coast guard that prohibited swimming at the beach due to strong currents brought about by bad weather. So, keep this in mind if you are trying to book, especially in rainy season. The location and map route along Ternate road is accurate. No rough roads will be encountered, but it is quite far from the city. The view when going to the location was a fresh experience if you enjoy driving or taking a break from work. Expect uphill routes. Overall, the experience was great, and I would gladly recommend this place to my colleagues and friends.

We checked in last May 25-26 for one night and we are a big family of 22. This place was recommended by a friend that’s why we went here but i never expected to experience a very poor service here. At first in the front desk, it was not a smooth check in as if the attendant doesn’t know what is he doing. I booked 3 rooms, 2 studio room and 1 Dormitory room. He is charging me 3k for additional heads well in fact we are 22 with kids aged less than 5 years old. I doubted that’s why i ask him to double check it first, upon checking, we only have 1 extra head and will pay only 1k. I accepted and didn’t mind the mistake. When i get back just to get the food stub, he is having a hard time to check how many stubs he will give. And he keeps on insisting that the dormitory room i booked is only for 6 pax and not for 10pax. So i checked my booking confirmation and show it to him and still he keeps on insisting that it’s only 6 pax. I get the paper he keeps on looking and he is looking for the wrong name and not my name that’s why he keeps on saying 6 pax only. 3rd bad experience was in their restaurant, all of the listed menu are out of stock and they don’t have enough space for big groups. They have in the side area but the airconditioned is not even working properly and very hot. That’s why i asked them where can we eat, they suggested in the 2nd floor area but i did not agree because there is also other guests in that area. I came back to the frontdesk to ask where but again his suggestions are not applicable because he suggested to dine in the side area with steep staircase and not so well lighted area. We have kids and seniors. I asked for the manager and good thing they gave a most appropriate place to dine in but still not so good when it comes to a well lighted area. Lastly, staffs are not knowledgeable enough to answer simple questions if we are allowed to bring the brown towel with us during island hopping. It took 15mins to get for an answer. Staffs should know the rules and regulations, the do’s and don’t of the hotel. The place is nice but the cleanliness, its a no. They cannot maintain the cleanliness of the rooms, hallways and doesn’t have the initiative to offer new bathmat or anything to maintain the cleanliness. The side of the pools are always wet, prone to accidents.

The alfresco dining area is so weird that the guest is not allowed to go inside when wet. You are in a beach resort business so expect the guest who are going to eat are wet.. Our experience is not awesome! Definitely not recommended and will...

Whoever is in charged of answering queries from customers will have to be trained further about customer service and the level of interaction for people who work in the hospitality industry. Extremely frustrated and disappointed, I was trying to book one of their big rooms for our team building event and I chose Pamana because they are the only resort within the area that accepts credit card payments (company expense, I had to charge it to my corp card). First of all, I do respect their policy that 50% payment must be made in order to reserve the room. Sure, I was willing to shell out half of the total accommodation but I was requesting if they can return the cash deposit I will be making when we arrive and I will swipe my card to pay for everything. They said NO, it cannot be done. Like what??? Nonetheless, I still opted to stick with their resort as our venue. We all work graveyard shifts, and will travel from Makati to Nasugbu right after work. I asked if we can check in early because our ETA was around 10 or 11am, and would want to rest as soon as we get to their resort. Whoever was replying to my texts said NO and insisted that their standard check in time is 2pm. I completely understand that, thats why I was asking if we can check-in EARLY, I told the person even Shangrila Hotels allow early check-in as long as there's room available. I expressed my frustration over text and told them they are not flexible from the beginning, its not even peak season yet. The person replied and told me it is already peak season for them and that ALL BIG ROOMS ARE FULLY BOOKED already the day before our stay thus, they cannot really say yes to my request. Unknown to them, we did an ocular visit prior to our event and inquired (mystery shopper ang peg) and to my surprise, the woman told us ALL BIG ROOMS are available the day before our booking date! Sinungaling yung kausap ko! Me and my friends frequently go to Calayo because it's just a 2-hour drive from Paranaque but we will never ever choose to stay in Pamana. Get some training about customer service from Layolayo or MB Cove resort! I have stayed in Layolayo resort thrice already, and they allowed us to check in early for free because they are sensitive to their customers. MB Cove did the same thing for our team...
