CLEANLINESS: Appreciate the property's commitment to cleanliness, they clean the beach and the facilities every night.||||SECURITY: There is a table near the beach area with lifeguards, first aid kit, securities police roaming the area.||||VIEW: Very good view, the sunset, with rock formation that is good for photo-ops||||QUALITY: Good resort, with reasonable prices for food & beverages||||SERVICES: Kudos to all staffs, very accommodating but sometimes "By the book principle" people need to understand case to case basis. We are willing to pay for videoke rental but can't use it outside of FAMILY DELUXE ROOM which have an ample space to do it (with outlet as well).||||FOOD: Set Breakfast is just ok, and the 2nd floor area to eat and relax while enjoying the view of the bay.||||UTILITIES: A/C in good condition, TV with cable (that's good), but the water needs actions. You need to upgrade your water system, you are running a beach resort using a 1HP electric motor to pump your water and fill the tanks - we experienced 30mins delay in water and it's kinda irritating especially if you want to take a shower already.||||ENTRANCE: The management needs to review the entrance passage, you need to widen the entry point since people...

The 2 rooms that we rented was the one next to the beach. It has beach huts in front. This is amazing since I didn't have to rent a cottage separately. I had outside guests that was only there to swim and eat with us. Each person was P75 entrance each. They were only able to swim from 2pm to 6pm. There's a store inside. This allows you to buy simple things that you would have needed like snacks, ice, liquor, soap and shampoo. Although they do provide soap and shampoo already. They also give a lot of towels, it was enough for each member of the room. The only issue that I had was that the room smelled really musty. It seems like it was not used for sometime and it retained an old smell. after letting it out and having the door open, the smell diminished. The place looks really old. The bathroom had a dead cockroach floating in the toilet when I walked in. The flush doesn't work very well. The bed was comfortable. Not a lot of choices in the TV and there's no internet. I couldn't rate the breakfast because even though it is included, I didn't get it. The staff was all very accommodating, specially the lady in the front desk that I was coordinating with.
