I arrived in a venue fit to be in PARIS. it's quaint & cozy & spotlessly clean. The double shot espresso was magnificent & full-bodied, slightly creamier although obviously no milk added. Almost like a good whisky, it was very smooth. I ate the entire bangus with 3 over-easy perfectly cooked eggs . As the huge movie star said , "...

Google shows this as a coffee shop but it's a restaurant as well. Prices are very reasonable in the mostly European-inspired menu. Ordered Alio Oglio (pasta) and Lasagna (Euro style with bechamel. Food was not perfect but was delicious and better than expected. Would give it 4.5...
