We stayed July7-July 9, 2022. All staffs are very kind and pleasant to all the guests. They accepts walk-in guest. We arrived at 2pm. We came in the afternoon. We thanked Kuya Ferdie for unli accommodation on our inqueries about area delicasies, his totally amazing resort staff very genuine sya. Ms Marites for serving food to us with a smile. Ms precious a bit shy but definitely gullible talking to especially when she saw me owned aquaflask.. ☺️😂 3 of them are afternoon til night shift. In the morning shift it was Ms Jane, at first she look shy but very kind assisting us on our questions about the place/events, food, etc. Hope the resort owners can add more Filipino dishes.
☑️Location (walking distance) 👍 perfect near drug stores (TGP/South Star/local drugstores), andoks, goldilocks, grocery store(s), atm Dunkin donut, etc. ☑️Parking Area -free (with friendly safety officers ☑️ Resort Staff/maintenance - very friendly and we'll oriented on hospitality industry as well. ☑️Hotel/Beach resort- classic but you'll appreciate the simplicity of the resort itself, well maintained, lots of green plants. ☑️Food-quite pricey but I guess due to pandemic and all in demand goods, others increases. Read moreVery basic accommodation, outdated rooms and facilities. Front desk clerks are helpful but no warmth on the service they provide. Provided 2 pillows only, I requested for 2 more, they charge P100 per pillow. At first the lady brought 2 foam pillows, I asked if they have the better kind, she frowned as she left to get us better pillows which we paid for.|Advertised that they have Laundry Services but this is not true. We have to look for a Laundry Shop ourselves outside the resort.|Restaurant is average. No item that stood out. Pricey for what you get even for drinks. For example: P90 for a bottle of beer. Corkage is unreal 😉 P35 for 1 can of beer.|I would like to commend the Restaurant servers: Alvin - he initiated conversations, provided helpful information and very engaged whenever we are there. Ferdie and Erwin are also attentive and helpful.||Sad to see the beach with lots of garbage. Few meters away from the resort, there is a sewer system from the busy community and business establishments going to the sea, smelly, so we decided not to swim on the beach at the front of the property and waited for the island tour to enjoy...
Read moreI stayed for 12 days. I was looking for a hotel with secured parking and laundry service. My room was clean and the service was great from the guard, when you enter the property, to the entire staff. They have 24 hr security for the parking area and the hotel. If you come back to the hotel after 10pm they front gate is closed. Just pull up honk and the guard will let you in. They do provide laundry service where they run your clothes across the street to the laundry service and you pay by weight. I paid around 100 pesos each time I need my clothes washed. It's a very quaint 24 room inn. When I walked the beach I noticed that they had the nicest beach seating and entertainment area in Barretto. Dining looking out into the bay was very nice. Not many places in Barretto provide secured parking. Most of the other locations you have to park your vehicle either on the street or in an unsecured parking area. The owner Frank is a very welcoming host. You will see him walking around occassionally. Talked to him several times and learned he went to the Army and Navy Academy in Carlsbad, California where I use to live. I will definitely...
