Highly Recommended with a Minor Hiccup

We had a slight misunderstanding with our reservation at Ohana initially, but it was resolved smoothly a few weeks before our stay. Despite that, I would highly recommend this resort!

Here's what we loved: 👍Spacious and Clean Rooms: Our room was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. The bathrooms were also spotless. 👍Friendly and Attentive Staff: The staff at Ohana were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They made us feel welcome and at ease throughout our stay. 👍Delicious Food: The food at the resort's restaurant was fantastic, especially the Bam-i. We enjoyed every meal we had there. 👍With "average" internet: The resort offers average internet connection speeds. This was sufficient for basic web browsing and checking emails, but streaming or video calls might experience occasional buffering. 👍Convenient Location: While not directly on the main road, the resort provides a free shuttle service to Alona Beach (5-10 minute ride), making it easy to access the area's attractions. Additionally, the free airport transfer was a huge plus. (5-10 minute ride from the airport)

‼Minor AC Issue: The air conditioning in our assigned room seemed to struggle a bit during the extremely hot days, occasionally making the room feel warm even when set to a low temperature. While the maintenance team checked it and assured us it was functioning properly, it might be worth mentioning this to the resort beforehand in case the issue persists. They provided electric fan too for additional ventilation.

Overall, our stay at Ohana Resort was excellent. The clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious food, and convenient location, along with the free shuttles, made it a truly enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable...

Had the experience visiting this resort this week travelling from Canada. Very well run by owner Daniel who my wife and I had the pleasure of meeting. Staff does a fantastic job in keeping the place clean. Always courteous especially Karen who is there during the days. She will help you check in and provide any kind of assistance you may need. We had a slight issue with our room, it was resolved immediately by her. In my opinion an extremely professional young lady. Very new place. Large spacious rooms, quiet and peaceful overall. Sits a bit away from the main road as well to add to the quietness factor. Free Ride ride to the airport and to the 7-ll. They will drop you off at the beach as well. Motorcycles for rent are also available. The pool is always clean and warm. There is a small snack bar there as well where you can get a few beers or something else to drink. A modest menu with choices for all tastes. All very reasonably priced. If you want something more local, there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. McDonald's is also close by and is open 24 hours and they deliver.There are many resorts in the area as it is a tourist area however I HIGHLY recommend Ohana Panglao. Great job guys! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were tasteful and held everything we needed. All rooms have air-conditioning, small hanging space, kettle, mini fridge, hair dryer, shower, toilet, vanity, pool towels, bathroom towel. The bed was comfortable and linen was provided. Bottom sheet and a top sheet. Pillows. For additional charge we were able to request an extra mattress for the room. On the floor for a 3rd person.

The resort is at the end of the lane. The resort is close to many restaurants, including one at the entrance of the lane. We were able to walk too much. The airport is also very close.

The resort has a pool which the rooms surround. Open 8-10 . Very well kept and clean. Surrounding the pool are lounge chairs and umbrellas.

The food at the restaurant was flavorsome and quickly made.

They have transportation that you can ask to drop you to different locations. Scooter hire available per day as well from the resort.

You can arrange to have a massage in your room for 400 peso, it's about 1h and relaxing.
