Monster Crab Seafood — Restaurant in Panglao

We weren’t accommodated initially, the waitress told us they were full but there were two available tables. When we were about to leave, the Chinese Guy (owner i think?) told us to have a seat and take the available table in the corner. The waitress gave us the menu, i was scanning the menu but the waitress looked impatient. So i asked her if the food is good for 2 persons, but she hesitantly answered in unsure manner and said that it is just enough. The crabs are placed outside, so you will choose which you want. My friend was on the way to choose, the Chinese owner asked where he is heading, and my friend told about the crabs, the Chinese owner said that there’s no more available so we didn’t insist. It took us maybe 30mins for our order to be served. Aside from the horrible experience we have, i saw a bug on my food. We wanted some seafood and noticed every night we drive by this place was full so we decided to try this place. We called to make a reservation just incase. It looked like a lot of tour group comes here. They first give you bottle of water, side dish and clam soup. Both were good. We ordered fresh crab 🦀, jumbo shrimp 🦐, friend rice, and some. We wanted scollops but it was sold out at 6-7pm ish.. maybe it is because it’s preordered by the tour groups? We got to pick our own grab outside and we got to choose the flavour. Food came super fast. They brought the crab then they will cut it open for you so it’s easy for you to eat 👍🏼. Same for the shrimp. They bring it for you to see then they will open the shell for you. 1 star for the cooking quality of the crab, it's perfectly cooked. However, the chilli sauce is bland and not spicy at all. Compared to the Jumbo Crab, the flavour of their chilli sauce has elevated the dish for the overcooked crab. The service is not great, as their waiters are just standing in the corner and blocking the way to the hand wash area. Upon payment, we handed over the visa card, but they will charge us 3% surcharge, for what?? So we paid our bill by cash P4680 for two as we chose the 1 kg mud crab, fried pork, 1 cup of seafood fried rice and sizzling seafood which is few tiny heads of squid and few small shrimps with full of sliced cabbage. Another 1 star for offering free transfer to the accommodation. I'm not sure how far they can offer a transfer for free.
