My husband and I were here between 3pm and 4pm and we were the only ones dining inside at that time. They were open. Pricing was good. The meat we had was not bad. The sides were primarily unappetizing and did not taste as good compared to the ones we have had in/from other korean restaurants (we eat out a lot and we eat a lot of korean food). We did not touch most of it after having a taste. What was most disappointing here was the SERVICE. It was very poor. My husband had to keep standing up to request for things we needed (scissors, reorders of meat, lettuce, extra rice, etc.). We even had to approach the kitchen area to ask for the dipping sauces for the meat. If we did not ask for it, they would not have delivered it to our table. My husband also had to get up and ask them for the bill because it was so difficult to call someone's attention. I understand it must have been a "dead hour," but that is no excuse not to deliver proper customer service at a restaurant (keep in mind there were no other customers to attend to). I hope a manager or owner keeps the waitresses/waiters in check...

Serious lack of maintenance on their stoves and exhausts.

You could clearly see solid piles of grease build up in their stoves causing flames to burst suddenly. This was happening on several other tables as well.

Exhausts were literally dripping because it was full of grease. Waitress eventually changed the cover and you could see how black and full of grease it was. But changing cover didn't solve the dripping issue and I could just imagine how much build up there must be deep in their exhaust. eventually when more people came in, the restaurant was full of smoke.

Other waiters/workers seemed to be late for the dinner shift as well. there was 1 waitress managing all the tables (and problems due to stoves not starting, empty gas canisters, etc..) and thus looked extremely panicked. She just started bringing out random food that we didn't order just to appease waiting customers. I don't blame her. eventually other workers came and things normalized, but it was a very hectic start...

Me and my family of 6 did dine here last night worst service and the food sucks bigtime. I ask the waiters how much for the 2 kids and also how much for the pwd and my mom na senior na my bara ang puso. I was expecting kahit mom ko lang at anak ko na opera lang ng spinal and hip surgery at least my discount kasi lagi naman honor un even in vikings at in bistro group na lagi ko dinadala family ko lahat honor ung discount ung staff didn't want to accept my mom eh wala naman na kain mom ko kasi fish lang sna hanap ko for her wala raw sila salmon. Hindi nila inaaccept ung discount kasi raw discounted raw ung 649 wala naman nka lagay na discount ni salamon at wagyu wala kayo. Mom ko hindi nka kain kasi kahit chicken niyo na sana plain lang ask niya no fried nor salt bawal ska niya basta cut lang chicken ang kapal chunks taga ng mom ko nka kain. Malansa ung chicken na binigay pinabalik ng mom ko. Me and my family been dinning in sa bf kasi in Ireneville at lopez lang bahay namin. Tapos I ask also the staff ano maoffer niyo na drinks sakin kasi nga badtrip na ako sa service niyo sagot sakin sabi sakin ay ma'am wala. Tapos " ma'am beer lang po pero mahal." Grampy ang mga mukah nila. Ung staff ninyo ayaw mag pa dine in ganon ungdatingan. My family and I handle busines kaya alam namin ung pano ung tamang treat ment sa mga clients.

Dear I can pay no problem, sakin lang sana ung mag dedemand kayo ng full price sa mom ko na senior at kids ko sana maayos ung service niyo. Ung staff niyo hindi pa well trained mag serve ang pinaka nairita ako pero I tried to hold it in. Sabihan ako ng staff niyo na hiwalay ako ng upuan at table ng family ko dahil ako lang may gusto ng seafood na 849 dapat raw mag isa ako sila na lang mag kakatabi para long table. Even cheese niyo sobrang tamis juice niyo sobrang tamis meet niyo puro taba.

Please never visit this restaurant. Kasi kung nakita ko lang na malapit sa Tablo Restaurant sana doon kami agad nag punta hindi sa restaurant niyo. They know me there I always give tips kung mabait at maayos ung mga staff at ung food maayos. Sad to say I even read the comments here na my molds at daga pala kayo. Even your Comfort room hindi maayos. Madilim all girls pa naman anak ko. The aircon iisa lang upon entering napak init daldalwa lang kami na family na nag dine doon tapos nung malapit na kami matapos my group of friends na puro babae. Init na init.
