I'll still give 3 stars despite of the experience we had. The crews are accommodating but the the facility itself is not really satisfying. First, I filtered my search with parking prior to booking confirmation, only to find out in actual that the parking slot is for the owners' cars only and ended to park our vehicle at the other side of the street. They have CCTV, I asked, but this is still not a valid reason for us to not worry regarding the status of the vehicle outside throughout the night. Second, it rained that day and the apartment was flooded. The owners ended up scooping water at the lowered portion of the apartment which is the entrance. Third, there are water leaks coming from the ceiling at the dining area and room (with 4 beds, 2nd floor). Fourth, the rooms were wide and clean. Also the CR were clean. The problem is the access going up. The stairs have no railings and are really unsafe. Lastly, the swimming pool is overconcentrated with Chlorine. It faded some of our clothing. We made our booking through Booking.com yesterday morning. Only an hour later, while at the airport, we realized our flight was actually for the next day. We immediately called the hotel to explain and asked if it was possible to adjust the booking (simply move our stay one night forward).
They told us the hotel was completely empty, which sounded promising, but instead of helping us, they refused any change. They insisted we had to pay again for today and would not refund or move our booking—even though we contacted them right away and even sent a free cancellation request through Booking.
The staff gave excuses and pretended it was impossible, which felt dishonest. In the end, they kept our money for the unused night (around 30€), but lost our trust and all the business from the rest of our potential stay, plus meals and recommendations.

Despite us telling him just to allow us to offload our luggage from the car, he kept demanding. and as if that wasn't enough, he then asked his staff to reprimand us again. Right off the bat, we were shocked. Not even a question if we're guests, just rude. And the room we booked? The aircon was busted, we ended up getting refunded and had to look for a different accommodation. So here we are, looking for a better place to stay after they've spoiled our mood.
