Lartista — Restaurant in Puerto Princesa

We came there to have coffee and snacks, but honestly, the prices are a bit too high for students like us. I guess that’s also why they never posted their menu onlinsurprise pricing, haha.

The “coffee” we ordered was just okay, definitely not worth ₱250+. The ice they used wasn’t even proper ice cubes just those giant tindahan-style blocks you buy in bulk. The drink came in a plain plastic cup with no branding, no effort at all. We honestly thought it would at least be served in a glass or something. And the ice? Tatlong tipak lang pero sobrang laki 😭

Overall, not worth the price. Just sharing our experience sayang, we were expecting more.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at L'Artista

I decided to visit L'Artista after reading several positive reviews, but sadly, my experience was nothing like what was described. We ordered a variety of dishes, including croquetas, patatas bravas, nachos, truffle pizzas, two truffle pastas, and a Don Diego pizza—and everything was a huge letdown.

The patatas bravas were undercooked and almost raw, making them completely inedible. The croquetas were bland, poorly made, and lacked the crispy texture you'd expect. The Nachos were also awful—soggy and tasteless. The *truffle pizzas and truffle pastas were a huge disappointment. The pizzas were burnt, and the pastas lacked any real flavor or depth. The Don Diego pizza was no better, with a burnt crust and unappetizing toppings.

To make matters worse, the service was incredibly poor. The staff seemed uninterested, inattentive, and made no effort to make us feel welcome. The overall atmosphere felt rushed and unprofessional, which only added to the frustration.

ROOMS: N/A FOOD: 3/5 the taste of la pizza margherita its not consistent, there are parts that lack mozarella, no basil, lack of salt, i think the olive oil was served to us so that we can pour it ourselves, no problem with us (noypi style), for the Quattro Formaggi (four cheese), i can taste only sauce and i think uno o due formaggi and thats it. for the Pasta Carbonara it was too much meat - less pasta, i think you can improve this by adding more pasta for the price of it. it can be improved SERVICE: 3/5 greet all in/out-going customers. and also fix the cashless payment like credit card, before going to this place i read a review about this and i thought you already fixed this prob but as of march 17, 2024 it is not yet available. this can be improved.
