Am currently staying in this hotel. Had there been other options, i would not have chosen this hotel. I have travelled all over Asia, and this hotel is one of the worst I have stayed-- not because of its features, but because of what it promises but does not deliver. If this hotel operated in Canada, it would have been shut down for false advertising.

When we first arrived, we were assigned room 408 in the new building. This room however, had a faulty door. Not only was the door sticking, but locking it was impossible. I mentioned this to the front desk and asked if I could move to another room. They said there was no other room available. I had to insist to them that the door would not close. They sent a guy up. The doorman tried to lock it but to no avail. He said sorry and left.

Five minutes later, surprise surprise. Front desk called and a room magically opened up for us in the old building. I decided to move to the new room.

The door worked for this new room. I was relieved. The complaint does not end here, dear reader. The room was half ready. No complimentary water bottle, no floor mat, and no hot water. As I was already tired i just decided to take a cold and uncomfortable shower and rest.

The next day we decided to go out to eat. Before leaving, we asked to have the room cleaned. Upon our return four hours later, not suprisingly, it was not cleaned. When we left for dinner, we asked to have it cleaned again. Upon returning this time it was cleaned.

I decided to have a shower. There was no hot water. I called the front desk to get it fixed by maintenance.. They sent two guys. They were not maintenance. They didnt know what they were doing. Their answer was that "the water is getting warmer, just let it run for a while". What a load of horse manure. The water heater at the bottom of the sink was broken. It was not even turning on. I hinted that "i think it might be broken." Their response was that the water was getting warm. Again i was tired and didnt want to argue so i just let it go. Once again, i had a cold shower.

In summary, this hotel failed at even the most basic of necessities. Despite what it advertises, it did not deliver. I would NEVER recommend this hotel. To...

Recently booked, 3 premier rooms for 3 nights in this hotel. I already knew what to expect because i also booked here last year. However, this last booking was a huge disappointment and was very upsetting. On our 2nd day, my guest requested front desk to make-up our rooms before we left for the day’s activities. When we came back around 4 pm, all our 3 rooms were still unmade, none of our room supplies/amenities were replenished. So, my guests decided to go to the only coffee shop/ restaurant hoping perhaps that housekeeping will still clean our rooms. At the coffee shop, they were literally turned away because they said that the restaurant was booked for a private function. How in heaven’s name can they turn away their own checked-in guests from going to the only coffee shop / restaurant of the hotel? And with no advance notice so we could have at least made plans to have dinner somewhere else! I approached the front desk to complain and only then were we told that we could instead use the pool area on the 5th floor where they “ can set up a dining area” for us. So it was one infraction after another, and all they can offer me was an apology, which hardly assuaged the embarrassment it caused me towards my guests! I would have expected top management to come apologize but none...

We started off with a bad start because we were initially given a downgraded room. I booked the Premier deluxe with 2 double beds thru Agoda, but then when we came to the room, it was so small and has 1 queen bed only. He room was so small, there was barely space for walking. How can a family of 4 fit in a room with 1 queen bed, right? I immediately called front desk to ask about the room, and found out that the room type that we booked was not available and instead, they gave us a deluxe room only. ||I'm happy with how they handled my problem. We were upgraded to a suite with 1 king bed and an extra mattress on our first night but we had to move on the second night. The suite was luxurious but if you look closely, it's a bit ran down. The management should focus on maintaining the quality of their rooms. There were parts of the wall with wallpaper peeled off. The shelf below the TV looked like it might fall off the wall anytime, not to mention the frequent water interruption, and wifi that barely works.|Breakfast was okay, except for the pancakes though. |The pool on the rooftop was small but we had it all to ourselves when we went there. |I'd like to commend the kind and friendly staffs, especially Cheska from front desk.|I hope when we come to book again, our stay will be...

This hotel was NOT IT. Stayed here last October 2022 when we were stranded due to Bagyong Paeng. Reasons why I rated it one star: - Indifferent and unfriendly staff. Cold and unwelcoming atmosphere, ikaw pa mauuna mag greet sa kanila. - Unfinished rooms with random holes on the tiles that were not patched. Also you shouldn’t be charging that much for a room with a window type aircon - Breakfast coffee and hot chocolate tasted like fish water 👎 But most of all, not their receptionist clipping her nails IN FRONT of guests. This is highly embarrassing. Covered her face for privacy but she needs to go back to Hotel management 101 training. Hope manager / owner reads this and improves more. The only thing that’s great about this hotel is their location (in front of Rob) but that’s about it. This hotel is not worth your money. I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

This hotel is located at the front of Robinsons Place Roxas compound, simple but beautiful, quiet and a nice place to stay. I marked it 5 stars because of the hospitality of the staff, very helpful even the guard on duty. If you are looking for a place of joy and peace, then this is the right hotel for you. You can also enjoy the shrine of monte cristo, the famous seafood market and the beautifull beaches and coastline. Just use tricycle, as one of the primary transport of the city.

It is very comfortable and modern, I like the design of the room and the aesthetic were marvelous. I love how they added the little things that you don’t need but want, such as, a toilet seat that don’t make a noise when you close it, multiple light switch so you can choose which lights to use, etc. It also has other accommodations which I really like.
