Horrible customer service. Was going to stay here one night with my in-laws and my wife, so we booked 2 rooms as we had a flight early next morning. When we arrived on November 28 they stated that they did not have 2 rooms available only 1 despite booking online 1 month in advance. They blamed the computer system and expedia for this. They did not try to resolve anything, one person at the front desk laughed and said outloud "we only have one room". While the other person at the front desk said we can try to fit in the one room available, which was impossible fitting 4 ppl on one double bed. When we had asked for a refund they did not want to provide stated expedia had to do that. When we asked for help to do this since it was a fault on their end they stated they would. However, even after an hour plus of waiting they were not able to contact. We contacted on our own and the number expedia tried to contact said not in service. We asked for their direct landline number and they had only given us a cellphone which was not contactable. Finally someone contacted that cellphone but it was an employee from a nearby reddoorz trying to communicate with us, and then not even seconds into our convo the cellphone had died. Thus we just left as this was going no where and they were not willing to communicate / accomodate us. We do not recommend this place at all. The rooms looked small in person and if you have luggage good luck taking it up 2 flights of stairs as they are located on the third floor of a building, they dont even attempt to help you with...

Advertised as Reddoorz but the room is non-compliant with the Reddoorz setup. I booked a room for 2 adults but they just provided one towel, no toiletries (no shampoo, soap, tissue). The funny thing is, this is the only hotel that has a curfew after 11pm.
Friendly advice, please book other Reddoorz locations in Roxas City...
