While the staff is generally good, I've noticed that the current cashier can be less approachable and accommodating. To avoid long waits, it's best to order in advance or be prepared to wait a bit longer for your food. I have always had only great meals at Festa, which is part of the Veronica Hotel across the street from the Robinson's Mall. It's a small restaurant but we have had parties of 20 within a fairly short notice. They are known for their homemade potato chips and great salads but I have never had a dish that I didn't like there.
