I never ordered from this branch cause there’s always a line regardless of having 4 counters. And the queue is toooooo slow. Today was an exception cause of the scorching heat and my son was requesting for ice cream. After patiently waiting, how annoying it is to find out that their sundae isn’t available?! I even told one of the staff, if maybe next time they can put as sign that it’s not available, and the lady just said “okay sir” not even looking at me in the eye and still counting her coins.
