Clean and we'll ventilated hotel coz every floor has a veranda.
No elevators so warning for Sr. Citizens, PWDs, and physically challenged individuals.
Family rooms has no refrigerator, but there's a gas stove and electric chimney. Two rooms for the family room and 1 common bathroom with water heater. Only the bathroom has a trash/waste can.
The hotel can provide extra beds even to the sala/living room for larger families.
There's no small table and lamp shade or dim light inside the bedrooms so if you turn-off the light switch, it will be totally dark everywhere even in the living room. I wish there's some sort of dim light specially when bedtime or everyone is sleeping so that one can still see through darkness when going to the common bathroom outside the living room.
There's 3 air conditioners in the family room, 1 for each bedroom and 1 bigger air conditioner for the living room. And by the way, there's 1 big TV only outside the living room.
I think every veranda on each floor has a set of tables, chairs and small sofa and trashcan with ashtray so there's a smoking area on each floor so there's no need to go outside the elevatorless hotel for a smoke.
I think the hotel can provide for a room service for food and drinks.
Has an air conditioned restobar on the ground floor, open til 11pm. Few customers so lots of tables and chairs. May extend it's open hours provided there's lots of customers. Lots of TVs around the bar.
I wish there's some kind of other amenities or entertainments while staying-in like billiard's table or dart boards, or (live bands on weekends) coz this place is quite away/far from the downtown/city (15 mins to 1 hour away depending on the traffic conditions). P50/bottle of beer.
Staff were hospitable.

Read moreThis hotel is far from elegant; "Nightmare Hotel" would be a more fitting name. The air conditioning doesn't work properly, leaving the room uncomfortably warm despite its small size of about 15 square meters. The shower has very weak water pressure, forcing guests to use a bucket and dipper for bathing. The tap water is rusty and foul-smelling, and there are cockroaches in the room. Although the bed is clean, the towels are old and don't feel hygienic. Our room on the 4th floor had twin beds, but be warned: there's no elevator, so seniors and children will have to climb several flights of stairs. The dimly lit corridors feel unsafe, and the shared bathrooms are inconveniently located outside the rooms. This establishment is more akin to a motel with hourly rates than a family-friendly hotel. If you seek relaxation and peace of mind, look elsewhere. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to stay here, but we won't be returning and certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Additionally, we encountered a parking issue as the hotel doesn't monitor its parking area. We were delayed for significant time because another car was blocking our exit, and the staff couldn't locate the owner. Despite having limited parking space, the hotel lacks a proper system to manage such situations, making it a poor choice despite its convenient location.
Overall, if you don't want headache for you and your family, please avoid this hotel and book...
Read moreOMG. Just don’t. The building has been recently painted and the resto/bar and parking area look kinda welcoming but don’t stop here dear reader. ||||I have never written a scathing review, but here goes...the bed linen hadn’t been changed who knows how long, toilets didn’t flush, and the towels were on the last thread. When we asked for everything to be changed out, they were accommodating though. ||||All the rooms face the busy diversion road and even being on the fourth floor (no elevator) it was like I was laying on the side of the road, the traffic...
