KFC — Restaurant in San Fernando

The food is honestly delicious and well-prepared, which is the main reason I keep coming back. However, the poor service and lack of cleanliness really take away from the experience. Even when I only order a small amount, the waiting time is always long and frustrating. The staff often seem inattentive and move very slowly, as if they’re not trained to handle multiple tasks or serve customers efficiently. Even when you call their attention, they still take a long time to respond or don’t act at all. The atmosphere is nice, but it’s hard to enjoy when used dishes are left on tables for too long—there are times it feels like you’re the one who has to clean up just to have a decent spot to eat. This isn’t just a one-time issue; it has happened to me multiple times and I’ve heard the same complaint from many other customers. It’s disappointing because the food quality is great, but the service and cleanliness badly need improvement. It would really help if the management could provide proper training or practice for their employees to improve their speed, attentiveness, and customer service. With better staff performance, the whole dining experience could match the quality...

I recently interacted with Frozie and Nemalyn during my visit on May 29,2025, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. I found the staff members to be not very accommodating. When I asked for assistance with the replacement of my straw and ketchup, their response felt dismissive and lacked the helpfulness I was hoping for.

food is good. maganda ung service, they're friendly and all. BUT ang tagal ng service? the last time we dined in, 1 hour before naibigay yung food namin, and it wasn't even rush hour that time. the next time umorder kami ng delivery, it also took them an hour for us to receive the food. i just wanna know what's wrong?? or siguro the next time I'll order, I'd just go an hour before para exact ung time..?anyways, love kfc but...
