Many are eagerly anticipating the convenience, shopping options, and dining experiences that an SM mall usually provides, but the delay in opening has been disappointing. With no stores to visit, no services available, and no facilities operational, there is nothing to enjoy or review at the moment. The excitement and expectations remain high, but until the mall officially opens its doors, it falls short of delivering any experience to the public. For now, SM City La Union receives 1 star with the hope that once it opens, it will live up to the anticipation and become a vibrant destination in the province.

30 minutes waiting time for parking. - could be because its their 3rd day after opening the establishment very overcrowded. I would suggest to visit on weekdays - could be less people and more parking slots? 10 mins to go around without shopping. 4hrs with shopping. Restrooms are hard to find as signages are everywhere but theres no restroom. Out of 2 floors only found 1 restroom. Waiting for parking slot is so exhausting that you’d rather just go home since traffic jam starts from 4kms...
