When we went into room, it looks clean and acceptable. Just a basic room with limited amenities. They offer water but we have to walk a distance to get it. If we want coffee or tea, we have to purchase it at the reception area.

The toilet door is a little warped, and it impossible to close it. The shower glass partition leaks water, therefore, the toilet is always wet even though it wasn't use throughout the night, it could be uneven ground or something.

The sensor of the lift button does not function well. And for only two floors, it seem unnecessary to have a sensor button.

All these are still acceptable as the price is not high, however, all the front desk staff are not professional or friendly in handling customers. In fact the 2 stars I gave for service belongs to the house keeping staff and security.

And the whole place lost its credibility when we received a note from the hotel that when we need anything we can use the hotel phone, just press '0' for service. Unfortunately, there are no phones in my room. When I enquire about this at the front desk, the reply was simply not all rooms have phones. It seems that I was so "lucky" to have a room without phone. And I paid for a few rooms in this hotel. I rather they have not leave that note in my room. This really reflects poorly of...

I got here on a Saturday afternoon coming from Balangiga (2hours). As I was booked already by the company I had a smooth check-in. The receptionist handed me a keycard with a container containing the wifi id and password.

Going to the second floor have two choices. You can take the elevators but only one was being use or take a walk in the stairs located at the back of the elevator.

Finding your room is easy just read the signs as they have a lot of rooms. They have dining area in the hallway too for eating purposes as it is prohibited to eat inside the rooms.

The king size bed was waiting for me inside the room. The 2 bottled complimentary waters was also there. I like as there were 4 pillows. A safe to keep your things. A flat screen tv with the remote located in the bedside table with a lamp and telephone in it. They also have a laptop table (for laptop only) as it is not the strong. Unfortunately, there was no cabinet to put your clothes and other things.

I hope they would have a water dispenser in the hallway too coz it's of hassle to always ask for to heat your water for coffee or other hot beverages. But all in all there service is very great. Friendly and...

The staffs were very friendly, accomodating and they always smile whenever you see them. Even the security guards were very friendly and by saying those, the staffs should be given 4 or 5 stars as for the rating. However the entire stay for 7days should only be rated 3 stars. First is, no coffee atleast each morning or even a way to order a coffee, we were told that we can ask for cups but we need to provide our own water to be boiled and will be served for us to have a coffee making us to get our own electric kettle for the whole week of stay in the hotel. 2nd, I think it should be proactively offered everyday to give us the complimentary bottles of water in which we dont need to call everyday just to have it. Same goes with changing the bathroom towels, maybe there should be someone who will do the rounds and offer to change towels or even the floormats including the toilet tissues,soaps and shampoos should be given automatically everyday and maybe change the detergent in using for the laundry to make the towels more whiter 😊 3rd. The Aircondition took a long time before it gets to work properly 😊 maybe it needs a check up. That's all...
