Jollibee — Restaurant in Tacloban

The food is good and served hot, which I like. What I don’t like is that they gave me the wrong chicken part, even though I specifically requested a different one. I’ve always been grateful to Jollibee because they allow customers to request a specific chicken part—but this store didn’t get it right.

The atmosphere is nice, and as expected, the queue at the counter is very long—which is normal for Jollibee stores since they’re in high demand.

They accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, GCash, and Maya. I also appreciate that after you eat, a staff member comes to clear your table. That really helps keep the place clean.

Some areas inside the store are a bit hot.

One thing I truly appreciate is that this branch still provides straws with all its drinks. Among the Jollibee branches I’ve recently visited, this is the only one that does. I hope all Jollibee stores follow...

Horrible CSR. We ordered through the app, the total included the delivery fee. For unknown reasons, no riders were available so the CSR called to ask to cancel without even showing empathy or much less offering alternate solutions. But since we were hungry, we shouldered the delivery fee via maxim and carried on with the order. Now they told us order was ready so we booked a maxim rider there and when the rider got there, he complained about waiting too long even if the CSR already informed us the order was ready so I called again and mind you, I was being polite during the call, and honestly at this point I was just waiting for some empathy on their end and accepted we will never get the delivery fee from Jollibee back but CSR or the one who took the call, even if let's say you had a very busy day, you...

What can I say? Its simply the best Jollibee branch in the entire Philippines! Very courteous and polite staff and managers. They also have a listening ear for comments and points of improvement. Attentive to the needs of customers like me. They are constantly improving their ways in serving and meeting the satisfaction of the customers through innovation and upholding age-old Filipino values.
