Furnitures and decoration are ok. but the arrangement of the bed, ref, tv and aircon is very odd. When you move or twist the bed makes noises. When we left to go to church the next morning I asked the front desk to clean the room and remove the left over food from our previos dinner. Only to be told when we got back that there is a specified time 9:00am for the room service. After insisting that the food would then smell inside the room, thats the only time the front desk called the housekeeping, which by the way, is only talking to each other inside the kitchen area when we pass by them on the way back to the hotel. We had our breakfast at dave cafe, their inhouse restaurant. when we ordered the filipino breakfast, we were told that we have to pay additional 79.00 pesos per head because the only breakfast included in the room is intercontinental breakfast. I find this disappointing because the flier indicated inclusive of breakfast. No coffee refill. Next refill cost at 60.00 pesos. Our dinner tasted like some ingredients are missing but the breakfast is ok. Over all, the building and the amenities are o.k. but the SERVICE IS VERY POOR. The hotel rate does not equivalent for the service they are giving. The hotel may look and feel like a 1star hotel but it does not deserve even a quarter of a Star. Honestly, I will never stay in this hotel again and I definitely not going to recommend this...
Read moreWe booked thru online app and stayed last December. The first room assigned to us had a defective toilet flush and television. Good thing, the management upgraded our room for free. We stayed in the older building of the hotel but I think the Annex have better rooms.||||The room in 3rd floor where we stayed is big and has balcony, which is a good tambayan if you want to feel the Tagaytay weather. But it is loud at the back due to karaoke and drinking session of the nearby residents. The facilities would attend to your basic needs, but I had trouble bathing as the supply kept on turning the water to faucet instead of shower. The bed had stains too, not smelly, but looks unclean. The rooms looked like it was unused for such a long time, and the hotel management didn't seem to bother to check if the room was ready.||||The gardens and pool are well-maintained, but the gym lacks equipment. The cafe where they serve breakfast has a nice cozy feel, but the breakfast menu is limited.||||They have enough parking space and guard to secure the hotel anytime. They have 24-hour receptionist if you want to check-in late. The pool was soooo cold for Tagaytay weather. Kids, even adult, won't even enjoy swimming, so we skipped it.||||Location is good for commuter guests like us. Accessible to the town proper via jeep, bus or tricycle. Near mall, church, hospital,...
Read moreCompared to the pictures that I've seen of the room, what was given to us was a bit dull, plain. The furtinures are all okay but something isn't right. Maybe it could use some new paint? The position of the furtinures aren't right? I've attached some pics, see for yourself. ||The internet connection is fast. The breakfast (buffet) is okay but cold, we arrived late (9:30 AM) so this is understandable. The staff were helpful and accommodating and I really love the garden! ||But! There is a hole in the ceiling (kindly fix that), the toilet bowl is moving. They forgot to remove folding beds inside the room. They forgot to turn on the lights in the corridor. And the towel smells weird ( use a different scent maybe??)||Actually I could tolerate all those things but because the room rate is too high this...
