Lukkas Resto Bar Cafe — Restaurant in Tagaytay

Stumbled upon this place while we were hunting for cafes near our bnb, we arrived between 5-6pm. The place is beautiful, v aesthetic and def great for people who love to take pics.

We ordered drinks and decided to lounge around their balcony while waiting, we were offered to relocate to their bar area a couple of minutes later after all our friends arrived. After maybe almost an hour of talking and waiting for our drinks, we decided to ask them for take out instead. So we went back to their cafe counter and thats when we noticed that they haven't even started making our drinks, one of them had to run to the store to buy milk and when they did start to make our drinks, which mind you were /mostly/ coffee based, you'd expect them to use their espresso machine but nope, took a peek to where they make drinks and lo and behold! they're using powdered flavorings! whats the use of a huge espresso machine if you just let it sit there for it blink, they also made one of the orders wrong, strawberry matcha turned to coffee matcha, one of my friends asked for matcha w/out sugar and they still put alot, didnt even bother to dilute it, just let it sit on the bottom of the cup. Frappuccino tasted like watered down milk and all of the drinks had TOO MUCH milk. It was so disappointing none of us even wanted to take pictures of the place and/or our drinks. I also still can't get over the fact that they only had us as customers and took them ages to prepare our drinks 🙂

Another complaint is we asked for our orders for take out and they still charged us service fees lol one of the bartenders looked pissed at us too like?? this has been the worst experience I've ever had and I hope it...

Dine at your own risk. If you want to ruin your getaway or just love donating money, go and visit this place. Went here on Nov 16 night with friends, and honestly, it was a nightmare.

The place was a mess - AC was off even though there were customers inside, and there was literally no one at the counter. We were just standing around like fools. Bought 11 coffees, but it took over an hour to get our drinks. I’m not exaggerating, the service was so000oo slow. The waiter was rude and acted like we were the ones bothering him. When he handed a drink to one of my friends, he said, “Pinaakyat mo pa talaga ako,” like we were the ones being a hassle.

and here's the kicker: No receipts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We ordered coffee, but what they served was some weird, tasteless milktea-water hybrid.... Like, I swear it just tasted like water with some cheap powder you can buy from the streets. Even that would’ve been better. I’m not even sure why they have espresso machines on the counter if they’re not gonna use them. I was honestly expecting a good coffee experience, especially with how nice the place...

Food took long time to get (45-70min) and each dish was served with 15min waiting between even tho we where the only guests and they somehow forgot one of three burgers we ordered, my pancit and bicol express taste good but the meat on it was 100% fat, service was slow and drinks (took 20min to get)was not served to each individual just put on table end. The whole place is strangely built with many rooms without vibes and ambiance that other fake...
