Chowking Tagaytay Rotunda — Restaurant in Tagaytay

Sneaky branch. I ordered a sweet & sourch fish laureat and that meal costs 230pesos as printed in ther menu board. But lo and behold, when they asked for the payment it is now 235pesos.

Now, 5 pesos is a small amount, but if has the potential for hundreds of customers being unwittingly overcharged, then total amount will be susbstantial.

Please check tour final bill before paying and if it matches with the prices i their menu boards.

Service had deteriorated after the pandemic. You now have to claim your food from the counter, they used to deliver them...

They are really good on forgetting orders. Always had a missing items, most of the time drinks...poor delivery service, will not order again😯i quickly reported the missing items i waited for an hour no one's informing the status of our order i called again..then the agent promised again that they will priotized my order...then waited for an hour again...woooh dont know how to...

They have very terrible service. They are unorganized and super slow. The food was already cold when it arrived and the quality was not good. It took them more than an hour to prepare a simple meal. The items were not packed well. I will never order or dine at this...
