We only stayed for one night because of a flight the next day and I'm glad we didn't stay longer. ||We had booked a twin room with shared bathroom and when we arrived at 11 o clock in the morning we were told to wait until 2 o clock for our room to be ready (which is totally ok since the check in time is clearly stated to be at 14.00 both online and at the reception). When it was 2 o clock we went down to the reception to ask for the key and they told us that the room had been ready for a long time already...which it apparantly hadn't since they had two guys coming to repair the aircon just when we were checking in(it broke again after 20 minutes). To our surprise they had upgraded us to a room with private bathroom. We later found out that it was because the room we booked online wasn't available so they seem to be pretty disorganized at Marcelinas. ||When we had settled we realized that there was no WiFi in the room (it clearly states that there is WiFi in all rooms on several booking sites online). For us it was pretty important to have WiFi in the room and it was one of the reasons we booked a room in this place. After confronting the manager she said that the booking pages had put that information on their own and that it wasn't their fault. Both she and I know that this is a lie and you should not lie to your customers.||Despite these negative things I have to admit that the room itself was OK and that it was really close to the airport which was convenient for us. ||Would not stay...
Read moreWe arrived midnight so we are not dead tired to investigate the place and we don't know where the front door is located since the door is a travel agency and next to it is a garage so we rang the bell and lights came on. We were greeted 2 men and checking in was a breeze and they help us with our luggage they we're marvelous they immediately help us with luggages with is a KUDOS for me.||||We were lead to our room upstairs and I absolutely hate stairs but thankfully they only 2nd floor and the dining area is like a home and the flooring is squeaky clean. We stayed room 205 and it takes a while to cool the room. The room have 2 big beds and the bathroom don't have hot or cold but the water is lukewarm already.||||What I like the most is that one can cook their own food since they provide gas stove, kitchen utensils, fridge and mineral water so we can save a lot since all we need to do is to refill our bottle and keep lit on fridge in the entire night. They have bathroom as well for room that does'nt have en suite bathroom and its very clean.||||Staff is very courteous and help is with direction. Place is in the city itself have a near supermarket and wet market if you decide to cook your own.||||The only bad thing is wifi is not working!!!!!!!!!Hope they could fix this so that everything will be perfect.||||Would definitely comeback and a good...
