Livin's Inn Tuguegarao — Hotel in Tuguegarao

PROS: Good value for short stay. Location is near malls, eateries, and markets.

CONS: We're not happy with our stay there. The personnel are very noisy even at midnight that it won't let you sleep at peace. We told them to be quiet because people are sleeping but they just continued shouting and running around.

The location of the hotel is also not ideal because it's along the highway and you'll be awaken by the noise of the vehicles passing by. Add to that the open windows facing the road which make the noise from the vehicles to get in the hotel.

It does not also make any sense to leave our valid IDs to have access to the room key before leaving the hotel when we're going to buy our things.

They only provided 1 towel even though we took the room for 2. The room is just okay, but could have been better if they cleaned it (there's a lot of spider webs all over the ceiling) before accepting customers. Another thing, the comfort room is too small to make you comfortable. TV is not working and there is no available outlet to...

I recently stayed at Livin's Inn in Tuguegarao, Cagayan, having booked through Agoda. The hotel's location across from the Victory Liner Bus Terminal and its proximity to Robinsons Mall make it convenient. However, the affordable price comes with a trade-off in service quality.

The rooms, though budget-friendly, are notably small, and the bedding appears quite dated. The towels provided are worn and almost tearing. Once inside, there's no cellphone signal for both Smart and Globe, and the promised wifi is non-existent.

The room is so dirty and dusty and small. No tv or window or whatsoever. Blanket and bedsheet are also dirty and have an itchy feeling to it. No doubt if there are bed bugs in the room. I almost laugh when i saw the towel, it looks like a typical rug, i never have second thought of using it. Booked it for 6 hours but only stayed for 2 hours. Can't stay there, everything is just so dirty. The room also smells funny, like a combination of fabcon and dead animal. Comfort room have a yucky feeling about it. Not recommended, total waste of money.
