Pleasingly nice. Upon check-in, the front office staff were accommodating and well-versed with a few requests we asked for the stay. The lobby is a bit bland but maybe that's the type of ambiance they want. The room as posted is as elegant as it looks in person with light switches within your reach to achieve the desired lighting mood when watching movies or going to sleep. Bathroom is equipped with hot and cold shower, bidet, and a hair dryer. Air-conditioning is cold even though it's wall-mounted. The entire establishment has smoke detectors installed including the hallways so if you're a smoker/vaper, you'd have to go outside the building near the parking space. There were several red flags I noticed like there's no fire escape plan placed behind the door inside the room, no presence of fire extinguisher preferably near the door of the room also, limited amount of fire exit signages, and dirty hallways (some plates from the in-room dining service were not dished out and just left outside the hallway). Other than that, the hotel is a nice place to spend the night even if you're on a tight budget.

What I liked: 1. The complimentary breakfast. The coffee was brewed. The fried dried fish and chicken tocino were delicious. 2. The bedroom was just the right size for a couple, it was clean. The bedside lights, the softness of the bed and pillows, and the coolness of the AC were conducive to a good night's sleep. 3. Location: very near the airport What I didn't like: 1. The P1,000 safety deposit. Who does this these days? 2. The keycard which should be used to access the elevator and room. They gave us only one keycard. It was burdensome especially if I have to go out alone to buy something and had to take the keycard to use the elevator. What happens then is the AC automatically turns off while my husband was there, sleeping. 3. For a couple, a double bed would've sufficed (not a 2 single bed). Value for money? Yes, no question. Will I book again? Yes, definitely.

According to my cousin the rooms are competitive to the the rooms of the 2 biggest hotel in Zamboanga City. Construction of this hotel started in early 2019 and caught up with the rising of COVID-19. It open at the height of rising cases pandemic time. So far the hotel is beautiful the only concerned is the little space of the parking area. Yuen long Chinese restaurant and Bos coffee are two of their establishment inside the hotel.

Sep 2024: While the room is generally ok and the hotel is conveniently located near the airport which is a big deal, service here is really bad. Drinking water supply is very stingy. You also need to go to the reception every morning to get your breakfast stub instead of being given outright. The personnel in their café are on the slow side, and even at 4pm, they still say that you can't check in yet because the room is not yet available. In short, this hotel is too successful, it's gotten into its head. The general sense you get is that they don't want your business. Unfortunately, I don't book my hotel. Lastly, be careful when using the wash basin. Water accumulates on top and can get your blouse or shirt wet when you bend over. Just one of the many small irksome things in this hotel that creates an overall...
