Hotel Justyna — Hotel in Krakow

Stayed 2 nights in this hotel, i went to a concert in the arena, it's only 480m away from the hotel. I arrived around 2pm And my room was ready, i requested a room on the first Floor and got this. I got what i had booked. I booked a twin room for Sole use. the room is standard but from a good sizes. Lots of plugs in the room too. The badroom is separated by a door And i had a shower. the shower was lovely And a the badroom a good size. Also you can find a Large fridge in The room And airco that you can manage yourself. I have Slept very Well, enough pillows for me And iT was very peacefull.. In the room was also 2 single steeds like a salon And a desk. I can't say anything bad a about this hotel. People who moan about this hotel need a reality check. the people At the receptiondesk where very friendly And the tram stop is close to THE hotel. IT takes around 10min to get in THE centre And is very cheap. Very easy to go to the centre..|i found the breakfast good too.. Enough too find someting too eat.. People whe expext a Large buffet Will be dissapointed but i don't need much.|What i Didn't find in my room was a coffee And thee maker.. I always Bring one off my own And THE safe was located with the reception. I find that negative too.. Should be in the room my opinion.|But i'm stay again.. I had a good time.....

Stayed here with my partner while visiting Krakow to see Depeche Mode. In my opinion the Hotel is in need of upgrading. They were in the process of this on the first floor so possibly whole the hotel will be completed soon. We had a massive room with 2 bathrooms 1 was for disabled access the other was ensuite to the twin beds it was lovely very big and modern however the bedroom was very old fashioned and didn't have any tea or coffee making facilities only sparkling water, not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. There was a tiny bin in the bathroom none in the bedroom or sitting room area. Breakfast was basic however had a small selection of cooked and continental food was offered so can't complain. Hotel About 15-20 mins out from the old market square taxis are very cheap though so not a problem to get there. Reception desk very helpful and bar staff were very nice too. Hotel served it's purpose of being near Tauron arena however I think I would stay elsewhere nearer the square on my...

Just returned from a Pilgrimage to Poland and this was our base for 4 nights. The hotel is a bit dated but clean and has all the basics you'll need. My twin room was clean - shower, television, bottle of water each day, air conditioning and a comfortable bed! ||Breakfast is buffet style and sets you up for the day - wasn't adventurous enough to sample the more 'Polish' delicacies on offer. We ate here each night - food was tasty and service friendly and efficient. We made good use of the bar paying 4/6PLN for beer. There are tables to sit at outside too on a nice evening. Soft drinks more expensive.
