Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was terrible. I spent 8 nights there (for 2100 PLN), and I feel obligated to warn others about this place.||Breakfasts were an absolute disaster. Every meal required careful inspection to avoid eating something spoiled. The cherry tomatoes were more like "moldy tomatoes," and this wasn’t a one-time occurrence – it happened for several days in a row. Overall, the entire stay at this hotel could be compared to those tomatoes. I found a long hair in the cottage cheese, clearly belonging to one of the female staff members. Unfortunately, I couldn’t photograph everything – there’s no way to capture the smell of musty greens, stale bread, or sour milk. On top of that, the milk at another breakfast tasted like it had been spoiling for days (I didn’t try it again after that). As for the cold cuts, after what I had already seen, I was simply too afraid to even try them.||I want to emphasize that I wasn’t looking for problems – these things simply happened. I can’t help but wonder what else could’ve gone wrong, because my overall experience was exceptionally poor.||Besides the dreadful breakfasts, I also have to mention the very weak housekeeping service. For several days, I had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door, but once I removed it, the room still hadn’t been vacuumed. After reporting this (along with my complaints about the breakfasts), the room was eventually cleaned, but in a very sloppy way.||After everything, the hotel tried to appease me with some chocolates, a piece of cake, and 100 PLN, clearly hoping I wouldn’t write a review like this. Oh, and I almost forgot – at 5:20 PM, hotel staff just walked into my room without knocking. They do it in less than a second, and the door can’t be securely locked – they walked in on me completely naked while trying to hand me chocolates :)||Finally, I must mention that I had to request my invoice over three separate days before I finally...
Read moreThis hotel was extremely hard to review so please see bellow pros and cons I found. ||Cons |- Bed was tiny, it was a large single bed when we booked a double room. Me and my mum had to share this tiny bed. Wasn’t even a 3/4, the room was really large for such a small bed so we think it used to be a twin and they had taken the other bed out. (Room 213 for ref)||- we added breakfast on when we got there but they hadn’t communicated this with the breakfast staff so I had to prove from my mobile bank transactions we had actually paid for breakfast ||- bed sheets didn’t fit bed and duvet was to small for 2 people to share||- Wi-Fi didn’t work on the first day ||Pros |- Bathroom was lovely & clean as was room in general ||- Breakfast was good but it was very European esk so don’t expect a full English. ||- we stopped in January where the temperature reached lows of -13 and the room was lovely and warm! ||Overall not a terrible hotel but wouldn’t rush to go back, staff were friendly just needed a little more communication between...
Read moreNIGHTMARE. AVOID! This hotel takes a lot of school trips. The problem is that when at night the teenagers yell in the corridors, play loud music or beep with the digital keys to their rooms just for fun, the receptionists have to PHONE the teachers!! Why? My guess is: because their rooms are probably on the different floors! I was in the situation that my room was just within the rooms designated to a particular class and they thought that also in my room someone from their class was staying. Endless knocking and banging on my door. When you complain to the reception, they have to PHONE the teachers. Well, I would think the teachers should be in my room! Don't get me wrong - I'm not blaming the hotel for the teenagers' behaviour. I blame them for putting travelers like me in the room which was surrounded by the school groups for 3 nights, whereas the teachers are put in the quiet part of the hotel. When I asked to be moved to another room I heard that it...
