Quinta das Andorinhas, Carvoeiro — Hotel in Lagoa

This was a special holiday away for us as it was our first beach holiday away together and our first ever visit to the Algarve. I wasn't sure what to expect as my partner had booked it and I was pleasantly surprised. It was the best holiday w have had and this is partly due to where we stayed. Patricia and her daughter gave us such a warm welcome when we showed up extremely early as we had an early flight. They offered to store our bags and suggested that we visit the Carvoeiro village and beach. The room we had and the amenities were perfect and the breakfast was good too. We had planned to have as many pastel de nata's as possible and Patricia and her family made sure that we achieved that 😁. The saltwater pool was lovely and they even had cooking facilities available for anyone wanting to prepare a meal. Overall, it was the best holiday I have been on so far and this was hugely down to how Patricia and her family made us feel during our stay. I really enjoyed my stay in Quinta das Andorinhas. This hotel is run by a lovely family and they made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Check-in was smooth, I didn't only get my keys but also a small tour of the property which was really nice. They have an outside area with the pool and a kitchen with all the facilities for cooking and storing your food. Plus, a very good breakfast was included. My room was very spacious and the bed was just enormous! I also had a little terrace to chill outside. The hotel is a bit out of town, but it was no problem to even walk to the centre, and it was very convenient that I could just leave my car at the hotel at a secure parking. All in all, highly...
