Casa Parque da Cidade — Hotel in Porto

Reall I was suprise to see how beautiful the place was .It was a lovely and sweet room to stay. Rooms were super clean, well kept with some snacks and coffee(machine). The bathroom tiling was quite beautiful.

Thw owners potryed a beautiful gesture by comforting us to checkin after 6.30pm leaving the room accessible, even when we were a late for checkin.

There is enough space to laydown and read books, relax, sit and talk....or even do nothing. You can join the meditation or Yoga classes just across the corridor in the apartment.

Location: Could not have chosen better. Its just 2km from nearest beach. So...wakeup and goto beach. Or comeback in the evening and goto the beach. The city centre however is around 5-7km from place. But the cabs(Bolt/uber) are cheap and fast enough to go there. Public tranport is just around the corner too.

The beach is lively. You can learn surfing,enjoy playing football or volleyball or just have great food viewing the ocean.

In most respect it was better than many places I have been in Switzerland and USA. Thanks again.

Reservation made 6 months in advance and promptly paid Surprisingly a few days before arrival received an @noreply email informing that my reservation was canceled. I sought info info, sending an email...until today without reply :/ After some phonecalls, I was informed that they were renovating but would have me in some "partner accommodations"....that idea also died out (had to pay for a worst located accomodation paying quadruple) The refund was taking more than 10 days, just opted to file a complaint to the bank and the refund was made in 24h. Do they call this a reliable...

Ficamos no quarto da cave q não tem luz natural. Apenas janelas e uma porta que dão para um outro cómodo q não faz parte da reserva. A casa de banho não é dentro do quarto mesmo sendo privada. A limpeza do quarto e da casa de banho não era muito boa. O pior mesmo foram os bichos no nosso quarto e na sala de estar. Eram uma espécie de centopeia, e se tivesse sido 1 passava mas não foi. Não foi uma boa...
