I am very disappointed with my recent stay at the Fairmont Hotel. I arrived at 1 PM, fully expecting my two reserved rooms to be ready by the promised check-in time. However, I only received the key card for one room at 4:30 PM, and as of 5:25 PM, I am still waiting for the second room. This level of service is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, there was no welcome gesture such as fruits or desserts in the room, which is something I would expect from a hotel of this caliber.

I visited this hotel a year ago and had a poor experience then as well. I decided to give them another chance, thinking the service might have improved, but unfortunately, it seems nothing has changed.

This hotel is the most impressive of all we have visited. The building is striking with its futuristic architecture, modern design and it is unbelievable that such a creation is the work of human hands.

We would like to express special gratitude to Jasmine for her prompt support and top-notch service. We also visited the Bogatelle beach club, which the hotel provides access to. It's a very interesting and beautiful place.

It was a pleasant surprise that on the other side of the building, the entrance to the Raffles hotel is open to Fairmont visitors, with both hotels being stunningly beautiful.
