Let's see, where do I start my 6-month review?

Staybridge Lusail Doha Qatar and the personnel named below deserves every word of my review. The staff is great. The room is awesome, the juice bar and food are great, and the garage is always clean.

Cherry, you helped me choose the right room for my personality, I don't know how you did it but you did, I love this room and the view of the area, thank you.

The receptionists Jas and Ana makes everything easy for me to understand, they make sure that I am kept up on any transactions that I may have a question about; Jas and Ana thank you for listening to me and teaching me some of your country language, your patience and courtesy is outstanding and are always smiling. Thank you Ali for not getting impatient with and all the help from Reception. You have taught them well.

Security guys always greet me no matter if I’m leaving or returning am well as if I am just going for walk, they make sure that I understand the places I’m going to. John, Allen and Ed, you guys’ rock. Anytime I say where is ??? or what is a good place to ??? you guys have the answer.

If I bring bags big or small you guys help without any hesitation.

Also, the housekeeping service is great and always on time. If I ask whether they can come back at a later time or a later day they will accommodate without hesitation, they make sure everything is clean and organized “spotless”. And, before leaving they will always ask me “is there anything else Sir?”, this is great service because there were times that I did need something else like an extra blanket, pillow, towel or even coffee and cream. Thank you Hima for your time and help.

I don’t normally get to see the late nightshift personnel but whenever I do, they all share the same values and respect as the shifts that I do interact with on a daily basis. Alex will help me with anything I need.

And the General Manager, you oversee a great crew and Hotel. Thank you for the personnel at your Staybridge, thank you for letting the “girls” teach me some of their language (when they are not busy of course), also, thank you for inviting me to any of the functions you put together at the hotel café. I love the snack area and being able to do some shopping for jewelry, clothing items and knick-knacks.

We had the pleasure of staying at Staybridge Suites Lusail from February 3 to February 7 on our first visit to Qatar, and this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

A special mention to Chandi at the Front Desk, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Despite arriving early at around 7:30 AM (well before the 3 PM check-in time), Chandi accommodated us within 3.5 hours. As Platinum member, we originally booked a one-bedroom suite with a kitchenette but were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a spacious three-bedroom, 3.5-bath suite with a full kitchen. The suite featured two balconies, offering breathtaking views, with the most stunning sight being the majestic Katara Towers—an architectural marvel both day and night. Not only did Chandi assist us during our stay, but on the day of our departure, he ensured our Uber arrived on time and that our luggage was properly placed in the vehicle, making our checkout process smooth and stress-free.

They went above and beyond to cater to our vegetarian diet, even preparing special eggless pastries for breakfast. When we were feeling under the weather with a cough and cold, the team kindly prepared a warm drink with turmeric, black pepper, and ginger for us during breakfast—a thoughtful touch that we deeply appreciated. Their kindness and attention to detail truly enhanced our experience.

Overall, we highly recommend Staybridge Suites Lusail to anyone seeking a relaxing stay with a touch of luxury. The property is within 1 block from train station which made commuting very easy. First of all, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the reception team. Every single person was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They did everything to make our stay unforgettable, constantly checking if we needed any assistance and making sure we felt comfortable at all times. They truly left the best impression.
