🍷 The interior design is stunning – refined yet comfortable, with attention to every little detail. The lighting, the table setting, and the flow of the service created the perfect balance of luxury and intimacy.

🍝 The cuisine was simply outstanding. My Risotto was perfectly creamy, rich in flavor yet balanced with finesse – a true showcase of Italian craftsmanship. To finish, the Amalfi Sorbet was a revelation: refreshing, full of citrus brightness, and the perfect ending to a refined meal. Every dish felt like a story of Italian tradition told with modern sophistication.

✨ What impressed me most was the attention to detail: the servers anticipating every need, the pacing of the courses, and the way the team made sure that each guest felt individually cared for. It was not just fine dining – it was hospitality at its highest level.

Our visit to Alba at the Raffles Doha was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were transported into a setting that felt like a majestic palace in the heart of the desert – elegant, serene, and simply breathtaking.

Chef Serraino’s culinary artistry is beyond compare. The highlight of our meal was without question the Wagyu beef, the best we have ever tasted. It was flawlessly prepared, unbelievably tender, and full of rich, deep flavor. Every bite was pure perfection and a testament to the chef’s exceptional talent and dedication to quality.

Equally impressive was the service. Rachintha was incredibly polite, attentive, and professional throughout the entire evening. He struck the perfect balance between being present when needed and giving us space to enjoy the meal. His warm demeanor and attention to detail made us feel truly welcomed and taken care of.
