Mondrian Doha — Hotel in Doha

We initially planned a simple and quiet celebration for my husband, but it all turned out a superb and notable one. Aside from its breathtaking instagrammable interiors and exquisite facilities, I can't help but commend how awesome are the hotel staffs who made sure that our check-in to check-out and short stay smooth, serene and remarkable one.

Upon checking-in you can already feel the warm atmosphere and welcome from the staffs. I would like to thank Naseem from the front desk who assisted us in our check-in and even granted our late check-out which made us explore and appreciate the hotel facilities more.

With my highest commendation to the housekeeping team - Islam, Kumar, Nasir, Ahmed, Yu Nadi - who remarkably went 'above and beyond' to prepare and surprise us with their fabulous birthday set-up for my husband. Forever grateful to these amazing people.

But wait there's more, breakfast is very essential for us in considering a hotel for our family's staycation and Bistro Restaurant (buffet breakfast) did not fail us with their wide-range of breakfast choices and sumptuous pastries, deserts and drinks. And how can I missed the warm and very intentional Mr. Mahesh, together with Ms. Gyesha and Yasmine who helped me surprised and pull off another simple and yet notable birthday wish/greetings for my husband. Even my kid was surprised and enjoyed singing with them.

As we have ample time to explore the hotel, we also bumped to Mr. Anwar in the reception who warmly assisted us to the Kids Area. I would like also to thank Vicky for being so approachable and active in entertaining the kids especially my child.

With its exceptional hotel features and outstanding staffs, I will surely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. We are hoping we can come and visit again before...

I would like to commend everyone for our wonderful experience on our visit with this high class hotel. From the interiors to ameneties and most especially the staff. I should say that your staff is one of your best assests. I cannot contain but to mention and give extra credits to the following staffs. Starting from our reservation, Ilyass is very quick to respond, easy to talk to and ready to answer to our all our concerns. He knows and does his work by heart.

On the day of our visit, Achraf assisted us more than I expected to, He didn't allowed us to wait. His warm welcome, assurance of fast and great service makes our first good impression lasts til the end.

Dinner itself in Walima was superb from the food, to ambiance and interiors, I really love it. We had a great dinner because of very delicious foods and accomodating staffs. Kudos to Chef Nassr, Aleks, Sameera, Prajwal, Aymane and the rest of the team. To add on to this, this makes my birthday extra special. I didn't expect that upon the request of my friends, they threw up a birthday surprise with a cake and a song that is very lively with the staff's participation. Even the tables next to us sung as well coz they were surprised and got carried away on how they did it.

Breakfast at Bistro isn't my first time but the quality of the food is always worth craving for. Special thanks to Mahesh and Bu for the one of kind service that they offered to us. It made our breakfast more memorable with them.

Lastly, to make our visit more unforgetable, we would like to have remembrance so we wanted to take photos. To our surprise, Kuya Ricardo offered us to take us photos, mind you, he shot like a Pro.

Overall, the whole mondrian experiece was amazing. Super worth....

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mondrian Hotel Doha with my family for four days, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service that made our stay truly special.

One standout during our visit was Ash (Ashraf), a member of the staff who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. Even while I was still in the US, Ashraf proactively called to confirm our booking and provide assistance with our travel arrangements. His attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference, and we felt well taken care of before we even set foot in the hotel.

The hotel itself is a stunning blend of modern elegance and luxury. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views of the city. The amenities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the ESPA spa. The treatments were rejuvenating, and the sauna and steam room provided the perfect relaxation after a long day of exploring.

The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome at every turn. Whether it was dining at one of the exquisite restaurants or seeking recommendations for local tours, they were always eager to assist and ensure we had a memorable experience.
