Sawani Falfoul — Restaurant in Al-Daayen

Good afternoon everyone Last night I faced with one person who works in that restaurant i don't know his name perfectly but he behaver with me very rudely i don't like this behaviour person and he pushed me to way he told me gate out of my restaurant Don't come again he told me like this I purchased 133 Qr food but they reply me like this 23/09/25 7:20 Pm and I told them I'm your customer please give respect he told me what ever you want to do i don't care he told me very angry i told him ok sir thank you for your response i came this restaurant first time and this is last time my friend told me to go now I will inform to my friend also but in future likes this behaviour person if hear too hard to run restaurant thank you really sorry I'm tooo upset about his behaviour and I'm the owner of this restaurant ok he told me like this I can't believe this person .nearby 18 tower restaurant thank you if you needs to confirmation please check camera first of fall he doesn't touch me that's the main reason he pushed me with his hand with very angry what I do i can't understand still now sorry another madam also with him 2 person's they insult me very rudely if you needs please check in camara also it's not good really thank you...

Please don’t go here if you respect yourself and your time because the waiter and supervisor will not respect both.

Ordered business set lunch and it took 1 hour to get the first dish that is a soup. Waiter is saying their kitchen is busy even though only 3 tables are full. Waiters kept ignoring and serving only Arab customers on priority. They didn’t even bring the dessert of the set menu and took full money for cold food. As per waiter and his supervisor they can’t get us fresh bread because kitchen is busy. They gave us cold khubus in plastic.

This isn’t the first time this happened. My earlier 4 visits have been the same. Slow service and waiters don’t care. Food is average and overpriced, you can get better food in the Lulu next...
