Lovely staff, very friendly. Especially the Thai and Tunesian lady (forgot names, apologies). The bar boring, dull. Decor lacks any creativity. Whomever created the foodmenu should not be involved in restaurant business, menu does not fit the outlet or concept - whatever that may be. Dunes Bar (pool table + sports on TV) - Indian Cuisine - fusion confusion illusion. Ordering food was a struggle, room service menu overpriced, ordering from other restaurants not possible or not allowed. Finally, as we did not understand the online menu we were presented with a laminated menu with images of the food items - unheard of in 5 stars hotels.

In colder times it's great, in summer it's not at all cool outside. The staff are super friendly and nice, that depends on you as well and the respect you pay to them. Overall the experience in Grand Hyatt is a good one, nice for families and friends. You should not go there if you do not tolerate the presence of alcohol or people consuming alcohol around, depends on your...
