I like that there is variety in terms of play. They have pretend play, soft play, a big slide with a huge ball pit, a trampoline with four jumping stations and much more. This element is exciting and a great selling point for kids of different ages. I do find it inconvinient that they charge separately for the specified play areas. I think it is better if they charged the customer once with all areas being accessible.

I like that they have a snack area where they sell beverages, ice cream, popcorn and the like. They have a washroom/toilet too. The toilet does not have a changing area though.

In terms of staff, I find the female manager snubbish and lackluster. As a manager, she should be more lively and accomodating especially to returning customers. A couple of instances, she was very dismissive in her approach towards my son and I. Being that she is working in a children's facility, she should be more approachable and friendly.

We have always been a customer in this play area however, it has come to my attention, the staff loves bad mouthing customers and foster gossip among clients. We held my daughter’s party last April though we didn’t like how it went still didn’t say a word. We didn’t say a word since, it’s not good for the staff. 6 months after, the staff (lady) host approached my friend and asked personal Questions about us. The staff made an Unsolicited comments about us and encouraging conversation with other customers to a negative light. Last April(daughter ‘s party)We had food for everyone including the staff, but they refused the one was offered (pizza) which was also food for our party and opted the dessert which was for the guests only of the celebrant. We expect staff to be professional and grateful for the opportunity. In this regard, They showed ungratefulness and being unprofessional since they didn’t like the food offered to them. Very nice and extremely clean play area for toddlers and slightly older kids. There is a massive ball pit over filled with balls; makes it hard to move inside but that’s the fun. Kids love it. Many interesting and different area of play: cannons shooting soft balls in a netted area, lots of climbing areas, tunnel upstairs, even swings under the big white slide. There are cars, slides, seesaws etc. as well. There are other rooms which are available at extra cost but not expensive at all: trampoline, wall climbing, imaginative play, etc. There are a few tables and chairs for kids to have a snack when needed, and there is also a snacks kiosk where you can buy popcorn etc. Make sure you and your kids are all wearing grippy socks; or buy from reception.
