Pergola Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Bucharest

Concrete apartment building on a dusted street. Very poor customer service, as well. Travelling from Canada, we weren't able to call on a Romanian phone number, instead we sent three emails regarding an urgent request and the hotel never answered. Also, a family member went straight to the hotel regarding the same requests, but their employees (not Romanian speakers) adviced her again to call the hotel owner. Nothing was solved. Be aware after midnight the apartment building is not open, so if your flight lands during the night, the only way to get in, you got that right, is to call. Also, the room rates are higher than JW Marriott. We will never stay at Pergola Boutique...

It's one of the best hotels i stayed in. It's so nice, the rooms are quite spacious, clean and you have everything you need (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, towels, slippers, bathrobes). I haven’t had such an amazing stay for a very long time. The hotel is beautiful in any aspect: design, comfortability, cleanliness and the service.
