As the great danish writer Peter Hoeg once said '' Travel has the tendency to intensify all human emotions'' as well we can say about our experience in this location , but in a negative way of view , emotions of disgust and anger.||First of all once you get there you will clearly see the huge diffrence between pictures and reality.||Another very important thing , if not the most ,is the lack of hospitality shown by the managers and staff.This is really strange fact for a business wich need to be dedicated 100% in making clients feel confortable.||If asking for a coffe seems a small thing for you , it's time to cancel your reservation right away because even if is 10 minutes before 10 AM they will say '' sorry , theres no coffe left''. You can enjoy a nice and warm shower only if you are Santa Claus , yes , you've guessed again , don't try to reach hot water , don't even dream about it.Touching the red button for hot water will start a small snow inside the bathroom.||If talking in your sleep in usually not a problem for you , it will be , the small thickness of the walls will ''help'' you to wake up in a middle of a conversation with the neighbor from next door.||This location is a black stain for the beautiful city and surroundings of Cluj.||I'm strongly NOT RECCOMENDING at all to go...

A bad dream. ||As a child i learned from my parents to do only good deeds and offer a smile, a good tought and the truth, all the time to my fellows.||Guided by this education and with unlimited faith in people i went to this location, în Cluj, to rent a room.I need to say that at first sight everything was looking great, shiny furniture, friendly staff and manager, i was almost sure that this is the perfect deal.||After i payed for my room something strange happened. Suddenly the staff and managers started to act discourteous. I was surprised to see that i'm not able to grab a coffe from the kitchen, i'm not able to enjoy a simple hot shower because the water was all the time cold.Even if i had verbal agreement with the manager to make the check out at 1 o'clock in the afternoon, i was forced to leave at 11 in the morning.||I'm shocked of what i found in this location. All my beliefs from the childhood were destroyed.||The poor services, the impolite staff, cold water from showers and the poor breakfast are the evidence that this tiny hotel from Cluj is worth to be skipped in order to enjoy the beautiful city. ||Respectfully,...

This is a small pensione, accommodations and services are basic, but very comfortable. Advance reservations are highly recommended. Breakfast is available but self-service and quite basic buffet, with fruit, yogurt, cereals, eggs, cheese, a few meats, juices, coffee and tea, for a small extra charge.||||For the price, I can't imagine doing better.
