Wanted to spend two weeks at sea, but they refused, because some groups were expected, but eventually they did not show up. |Besides not having understood our need for several days, they have taken us out of the hotel without the possibility of late check out. The child was supposed to sleep at 12. But he could not.so the child cried all the road. Back home. ||The boys at the pool are disrespectful. They literally don’t care. |A staff who had a manager attitude at the pool was everywhere to warn us all the time which made the stay unpleasant. |There was a deep hole under the children's trampoline, which was a danger to all the children there.|Care for customer 0. Rather, developed to keep customer morale.|The entrance to the room was with a key hung by a large ingot and heavy iron, which did not belong to a hotel that wants to be 4 stars.|In the salon (women) bath that serves both the beach and the restaurant was a screw in front of the wc. I did not understand why? I stepped on it and Hurt myself. see picture with the screw|The balcony doors do not have a handle outside. I could not really go out and sit on the terrace with closed balcony. |The hotel is in front of the lake's discharge into the sea. So the sea is extremely dirty in that area. The hotel and the rooms look really nice, the problem is with the cleaning service after 3 days I pressed the button for cleaning but the ladies came in the room and change only the towels, after a remarked to them the next day they changed the sheets, after another 3 days the same situation, probably in the cost of room you only get one sheets for the entire stay regardless if you stay 1 month. -breakfast is the same in every day - scramble eggs, sausages, eggs, some boiled veggies ( one each day ), a lot of processed food. I would rated 3/5. lunch is basically the same with the breakfast but u don

t have the coffee so 2.5/5 + all the food is really salty. swimming pool schedule is from 8 oclock but at that time the guys are starting the duties (cleaning, vacuum) so if youre a morning person don

t rush to the pool or rush but give them a hand to get it done faster. the beach is like a big ashtray the guys that are on duty will complain about children's leaving the toys scattered but the junk its ok for them. The sunbeds look like someone puke on them. I recently stayed at this hotel, attracted by its reputation and the hefty price tag. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. The hotel is undeniably beautiful and boasts luxurious amenities, but the service quality is severely lacking.

From the moment I arrived, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. Requests for basic assistance were met with long waits and dismissive attitudes. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and I encountered several issues with cleanliness and room maintenance. Despite the high prices, the staff's professionalism and attentiveness were disappointing.

Overall, while the hotel offers an impressive appearance and facilities, the subpar service makes it difficult to justify the expense. I expected a much higher level of hospitality for the price paid and left feeling dissatisfied...

We had a wonderful three night stay at Malibu Hotel. Positive points: -> The staff were extremely nice, polite and attentive to our needs. We appreciate their affords in making our stay as good as possible. -> The food (we had breakfast and dinner included) was exceptionally tasty. We particularly liked that the menu for breakfast and dinner was partly changed everyday. The asparagus cream soup that was served one of the evenings is the best I've eaten. The wine we got for dinner (red and rose) was very good also. -> We arrived at 12pm while the check in is at 4pm and we were allowed to enjoy ourselves in the resort (private beach and private pool) and we could also stay at the private resort/ pool until our departure, even though the check out is at 12pm. We appreciate this very much! -> We liked that the mini bar in the room had affordable prices. -> We got a free upgrade to a room with balcony. Negative points: -> One of us is vegan, and we announced the hotel prior to our arrival that we'd appreciate if there were vegan options for food. The breakfast, unfortunately, did not have any vegan option with the exception of wedges and salads. Therefore, I ate wedges and ketchup in the morning for three mornings in a row. The first dinner did not any vegan option either with the exception of the salads and soup. The second and third dinners we had at Malibu hotel had a few vegan sides options, but no vegan main courses all. -> The sea water in front of the private beach (sand) of the hotel was not the cleanest. It had a lot of algae, but we understood that this is not their fault but the weather and waves' which bring the algae there. However, 5 min walk and the sea water is much cleaner.

This hotel locates its self at the very north end of the beach with beautiful earlier morning sunsets and calming evening views. If you like to walk keep to the beach to the south the right is mostly rocky . the pool outside was great too even if there was plenty of sea to swim in . loungers and parasols even towels were all provided by the hotel no need to rent!! and plenty to boot !!(approx 230 loungers give or take) The main entrance to the hotel had a very extravagance feel to it, along side the pristinely clean and modern room, you can really fell the 4 star sensation. Breakfast in the morning is a open bar / self service option that will satisfy the taste of all guests and evening meals were perfectly adequate along reasonably priced. However the main strip with restaurant was only 5 mins walk leaving no end of options to satisfy the palate! Most surprising was the cleaning ladies who greeted you ever time with a hello and a smile which was lacking quiet a lot at the front of house. I found it extremely hard to get a hello, good morning or a can I help you from the main service areas (front desk, restaurant and pool bar) In one case I went to the restaurant to check if they might have a certain desert on the menu a little after 10am to be greeted by a " its closed Mister". No Hello, sorry, unfortunately or can I help you It was more of a get out of here now gesture!! But my hat goes off to the lovely cleaning ladies who also did a wonderful job in the rooms. Front of desk leave's a bit to desire to be worked on, But that said a very nice hotel indeed!
