Peter House — Hotel in Sighișoara

We were disappointed with our stay at Peter’s house. On the positive side, the apartment is in a great location and is well-equipped with an Xbox and Netflix (without a registered account), a computer, TVs in both the living room and bedroom, efficient air conditioning, and some children’s games.

Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives. The apartment was not clean enough—the towels had stains, there was mold in both the washing machine and shower, and several basic items were missing, including dish soap, laundry detergent, a bath mat (water leaked onto the floor), and only one roll of toilet paper for two days. The apartment was also cluttered with leftovers from previous guests, such as half-used rolls of toilet paper, opened and nearly empty packages of pads and tampons, pasta, and soaps. In the shower, there is a rain shower head, but it cannot be switched on, and the height adjustment mechanism for the regular shower head does not work. While the water pressure is excellent, it makes showering uncomfortable.

While the hosts responded quickly to our messages and apologized after we raised these issues, they did not offer any assistance or solutions. Overall, we left feeling disappointed and...
